I eat veggie fajitas everywhere I go, all over the country. These were AMAZING. I ate all of it. The onions were sweetly caramelized, the carrots and mushrooms were top. The bean dip was quite tasty, and free with the chips and salsa. We’ll be back.

We’ve eaten at this restaurant twice now. The food and service is so good and surprisingly the price was decent. Wife had the Deluxe Burrito with shredded beef (pot roast – so so good) and husband had the Omar’s Burrito with steak, and again so flavorful. We also had a single side taco each – just wow. This restaurant is in cashmere Washington. Lovely little town on Hwy 2, just 15 min east of Leavenworth.

I’ve been here a dozen times or so, over the years. Always quality food. I’ve had tamales, Chile verde, Chile Colorado, and some other dishes I can’t think to name. Consistently great experience. Their lunch plates have great prices, and happy hour is a good deal. Service is efficient, and seating in the bar is nice. I will always suggest Agave in Cashmere when deciding where to go with a group.

What a wonderful chance Encounter. Just out for a walk and decided to pop in. Wonderful staff, Manuel was great to Chat with. Included Homemade chips caeso, and Salsa was a great touch, the Chicken quesadilla was fantastic and the Sangria was great. Thank you so much!!! Next time we pass through, we will be stopping!!!
