Waited 45 minutes for my food, and the only reason I got it is because I had to said something after several people got food that ordered after me. Watched them mess up another person’s order. I watched him grab a bag in the back and see what was inside. Then threw it away. I guess it was mine. Some idiot back there gave it out the drive-thru. The guy came in and said they gave him the wrong order. NOT ONE of them thought that that maybe someone else either got the wrong order or maybe someone is missing an entire order. Your staff sucks. No apology, no explanation, manager did nothing. Didn’t even see why it got messed up. Maybe play them $20 an hour, and they will remember to give the customer the food they ordered.

The service was great, everyone was super friendly and nice, but the food just isn’t what it used to be. I don’t fault the employees at all, its not their fault for the quality of food. Felt like I wasted my money after tasting the card board flavor of the Mexican pizza, not even hot sauce could make it better. Do better taco bell, you nasty now.

Stood at the counter while people looked and passed for several minutes. Only had two cars in the drive thru. Guess nobody wanted to wait on me. Went next door to Wendy’s.they had time to talk about sick kids and fishing though. Disappointment

Notrhtowne square does not open at 9 am. Although stated on door and website. Got here at 8:40 am in a big truck that won’t fit in drive thru and waited till 9:10 doors still locked

Food was good. There was 4 guys and 1 girl working. I waited 2 minutes before anybody waited on me. A guy (boy) took my order and got it wrong. The girl was the only one working, cleaning windows, sweeping the floor, etc… The boys were playing with their phones and dancing around.
