Work Event: We booked Adam’s Rib for a work event. Honestly, we weren’t even 100% sure of what we wanted, but we knew we’d have about 20-30 people and wanted to have it set up so they could come, have a cocktail and a few bites, and leave when they were ready. Patti (one of the owner’s) helped me determine the types of food that would be best for the gathering, and the amounts needed. She kept in touch with me until the event, and on the day of the event, gave us the option of having it indoors or outdoors. We chose to be outdoors and it was absolutely perfect. The food was hot and delicious and I really liked that they brought it out in two shifts (that way there was fresh food for people who chose to come later). They assigned us a cocktail waitress (Judy) who took amazing care of ALL of us and handled it like the pro that she is. They also stored our cake we brought in the fridge and served it to us when it was appropriate. We had a wonderful time and some people stayed for several hours. Everyone commented on how good the food was and how amazing Judy our server was. Excellent experience start to finish and I highly recommend Adam’s Rib!

Loved my 1st experience there. From the bartender, the waitress to the owner everyone was super friendly. Very old school service that you don’t get anywhere anymore. Food servings were great, food quality was good and I will be returning with friends. I highly recommend.

Coming from Michigan, I had to order the Prime Rib on Weck (comes with a side of Au Jus for dipping), which I had heard is a staple around these parts of the woods. I have to say, it takes an acquired taste to really enjoy this sandwich and I found out that my tastebuds just didn’t want to cooperate. Maybe in the future I’ll give it another try, but for now, I’m steering clear of anything on Weck. I still recommend you try it, as always. Happy eating!

Lovely place. Coming from Princeton NJ, it was a pleasure to see some interesting items on the menu. Stuffed banana peppers – delicious! Good selection of speciality coffee. But all of this is after you entering into a cozy interior and have a warm welcome greeting from the stuff. I am not very often in Buffalo NY area, but this place is definitely on my list

We were in Buffalo, NY for this weekend.Located on Route 5 in Amherst. Oops we were corrected that it’s Snyder, NY, just over the line from Amherst. A 50 year old restaurant serving prime rib, steak, & seafood. We had dinner here on Fri 6/09/23 around 5pm. Found seats at the bar. Kevin was the bartender who is obviously well known and well liked in this neighborhood favorite drink spot. Clientele was a mix of folks playing the 19th hole and people ending their work week. Place filled up quickly after 5:30pm.
