I always enjoy going here for the authentic and delicious food they serve. This visit did not disappoint. The molchatje was on special and we had steak in it. The steak was all through the dish and large pieces. It was more than enough for two people to share and oh we got nachos too so yes we definitely had leftovers. We had the Chorizo nachos and they had plenty of cheese and meat. I really liked the warm homemade tortilla chips on the nachos and the free ones in a basket. However, I didn’t care for the salsa. Their salsa had way too much cilantro and onions in it and the tomato sauce tasted like cheap tomato soup. The service was a bit disorganized and the restaurant was noisy. It’s very clean though. Overall a good dressed down place. I always love all the tropical Mexican art and decor too. There is outdoor patio seating too but it’s not quite warm enough here yet.

Went out for dinner as a group of four and the place was very busy, which was good to see. We were able to be seated right away and service was exceptionally fast with food arriving about 5 minutes after ordering. The food portions were gigantic and everything tasted fantastic. Prices were also very reasonable with many offerings at or around $10 for a big plate of food. The restroom cleanliness can be worked on, but that was the only negative item encountered. Would definitely go again.

I’ve always enjoyed the meals/drinks at Acapulco. I I wish they had the Orange Dreamsicle margarita though. Ordered the Peach instead. Still good. Service was super quick but we got there around 5:20. Meals are always hot & generous portions.

1st we asked for queso for our chips. It never came. We had to ask 5 times and it finally came out cold with a skin film on top. We also asked for water, it wasn’t brought to us. We received our drinks, still no water. When we asked again, they did finally bring them, but the waitress said she could only carry 3 of 6, so half our table got water, she said she would be back with the other 3. Never showed up the entire meal. 2 of us ordered Fajitas and they didn’t come out sizzling?? People sitting around us got sizzling fajitas?? Ours were Luke warm, but they tasted good. Wondering if our waitress was over worked and no help. Either way, it was a horrible experience that night. Not sure we’ll be back in awhile. We’re all rather turned off now by the place.

Steak fajitas arrived cold. Tortillas were also cold. The steak tasted like it had been drowned in soy sauce and was so salty it was inedible. On the bright side my daughter said her hamburger was alright.
