Do not order delivery / pickup or drive through from this location, it a sure way to receive a order messed up. No free cookie can fix the mistake this location has makes. Today was the last straw. I made the choice to use the Mc Donald app to order and did not see it was come from this location. I order my meal with a medium orange juice with ice. Tell me why I got coffee. This is not the first time they have messed on drive thru order, door dash order, online pick up. My advice to reader use Uber Eats and change your restaurant location to another location. If not you’ll be disappointed like me. Because Door dash has no real way to fix this location mistake. This location has cheat me out 3 fries, one double cheeseburger, two large sodas over a two year span.

Worst experience ever!! This employee was laughing and playing around with the other employees. He wasn’t here to work, seems like he was only trying to have a good time. I asked twice for my order and only for it to be sitting there the whole time getting cold. There was another customer that came up to him and he just seemed to not care. Business lose reputation and fail because of employees with his attitude.

Had to ask 2 people for help. First person stated “I’m not here” despite being behind the counter and wearing a uniform, then just walked away. The second person had attitude when she answered. I understand being busy, but there is a certain standard of service. At least greet your customers when they walk in and tell them you’ll be with them shortly. Don’t ignore people at the counter, and don’t have attitudes

I placed my order at 8:27am. At 8:41am, I called and asked what the hold up was, with my order. Asst. Mgr. Janie said she saw the order, and it should be delivered shortly. A vehicle, that arrived after me, had their order delivered before me. I asked the delivery lady if my order was ready, and she said yes. I told her the vehicle she had just delivered to was there after me. She said she had just gotten there and didn’t know. I still waited for my order, so I exited my vehicle, to go get it myself. The delivery lady came out and apologized again, that she didn’t know the other vehicle was there after me. Once I arrived to work, I called and spoke with Janie again. She said the delivery lady did not know I was there first. When I called, the first time, she should have made sure someone delivered my order expeditiously. I asked to speak with the General Manager, and she said she would have him call me tomorrow. This was a very bad experience for me. They are usually better at delivering the food, when I’ve been there before.

So slow whether it be for drive thru or dine in. Door locked after yet NO HOURS posted on door the hours to avoid people having to get out of the vehicle. Rude management who are young, and VERY inexperienced. Do better McDonald’s. But then again no shock as they produce the type customer service that represents their awful chain as a whole.

The Young lady at window 1 at 5pm on 12-17-2025 was very sweet and complimented me that I looked good today and gave me a free cookie when I asked for Grinch fries and was told they were out. I only ordered fries and a coke. She made my day. I hope she gets recognized for her great customer service. She is agreat example for young people today.I wish I asked for her name.
