Adjacent to campus. Very typical Five Guys experience of excellence. The employees were incredibly welcoming and efficient. Great customer service. This location represents the brand very well.

Came in 10/10/22 order 88 and 89. Ripped off on fries. Place is know for a lot of fries so me and my girl decide to split a little fry which is $4. They barely fill the little white cup. Easily half of what the amount normally is. I go get another fry without complaining. Same amount if not worse. I could choke a horse with $8 worth of fries from McDonald’s easier than this five guys location. Ya’ll are blowin it

place has fallen off since COVID. constant “I don’t care” attitude. didn’t follow simple instructions such as Cajun seasoning on the burger. cheese was trash. Long wait time on doordash for a total waste of money when I could’ve done Dave’s, Cane’s, etc in the same proximity. AVOID!!!

Walked in on sunday at 1pm. What seemed like the manager was throwing himself around like a toddler acting disgruntled snapping at us while ordering. They were taking 2 orders every 40 minutes until he completely ignore the in-store customers for 50 minutes despite one person only asking for a drink and ignored them until everyone left the store.

Ordered take out on line. Food was ready on time. Packed well so food was still hot when we made it home.

Having never had it due to a child with peanut allergies, I decided to try it myself. Food was really fresh and made to order. If you get the Cajun fries, watch out they are heavily coated. Too much for me but still good.

I had a much longer and more eloquent review typed out and then I accidentally refreshed my page (I’m on mobile). Basically, waited an hour for my online order that said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Had to ask them to start my order 3 times once I got to the store. They were out of fries so they gave us an extra milkshake (and no other options) instead of offering a refund. The burger was overloaded with topping and slathered in sauce (inside and outside the bun) and barely even wrapped so sauce got all over the bag. 2 of the 3 shakes we got had two inches of syrup at the bottom and were so sweet and gross that they were undrinkable (and I love Five Guys shakes usually! these were just awful). 0/10, huge waste of $30.

9:20p, close at 10. I was unable to get to another establishment to eat, or cook for myself, because of my busy day. Would have liked to order 1 burger, an order of fries. “We are no longer accepting orders, because we have received a large/bulk order.” I understand this, I worked at a Pizza Hut where we once delivered >50 pies, assorted sides/desert to a prison, in one order. What did we do differently? We continued to serve the other customers who wished to do business. The bulk order could have been planned in advance, prepared for. If the bulk customer ordered for it with no notice, and it would have impeded my ability to serve other customers, I’d have declined to take the order. You’ve lost my business for this.

If you’ve never been, just know that the standard burger is a double patty. Ask for the Little Burger unless you are super hungry.

good food, a bit pricey, liked the environment, it was my first time there and probably won’t go back again for a long time but it was pretty good.
