I have burger from the same branch before and it was good, same old five guys burger but this time it was not good. I don’t know if the meat wasn’t seasoned enough or cooked in a different way but it wasn’t good. Also fries was salted way too much.

Came in 10/10/22 order 88 and 89. Ripped off on fries. Place is know for a lot of fries so me and my girl decide to split a little fry which is $4. They barely fill the little white cup. Easily half of what the amount normally is. I go get another fry without complaining. Same amount if not worse. I could choke a horse with $8 worth of fries from McDonald’s easier than this five guys location. Ya’ll are blowin it

The staff were super awesome and very nice to me and my family, they made sure we had everything we were wanting when we checked out. The restaurant was extremely clean and we even came in to them cleaning more of their equipment so i felt very comfortable eating there.

I really like the night staff at this store. Deliver Uber eats and they will go out of their way to help with problem orders and I have seen them handle some tough situations with drunk college kids masterfully. Most people don’t know how to descalate/diffuse disorderly situations like I have seen the guys in here do a few times.

Ordered a burger for takeout. They called out three orders at the same time, one of them was my number. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized that the burger I got wasn’t at all what I ordered. There were maybe 5 people in the restaurant when I was there. You’d think they’d be capable of putting the right burger in the right bag. I guess I’m expecting too much from people who expect me to tip for a walk up order that they can’t deliver on. Never coming back.

Fries were terrible: limp; wet; cold: super greasy. Hamburgers that others had disintegrated the buns from the wet toppings. The meat was cooked well done and very dry.
It was expensive. Guy got a double burger, fries and a drink for $15. Staff was talking and cackling so loud it was disturbing.

Having never had it due to a child with peanut allergies, I decided to try it myself. Food was really fresh and made to order. If you get the Cajun fries, watch out they are heavily coated. Too much for me but still good.
