We were greeted immediately upon arrival and asked our preference of bar or dining room. We chose dining and sat in booth without requesting. Diane our waitress brought over popcorn and took our drinks/appetizers order. Diane was very attentive the entire visit. It is because of her, prep and taste of food that we recommend this 99 location. We hope to visit again when in the area. Thanks Diane and 99!

I LOVE 99 Restaurants. However, this location is the complete reason that they are closing locations all over. The bar, entry and bathrooms were a mess. The bartender took a break for a cigarette while there were customers waiting at the bar.

Brought my mom here for a lobster roll. I thought it was a rather small portion. The steak I had was a good and much larger portion size. The parking lot is massive and the restaurant will fill up before the parking lot does.

I would give the customer service for this restaurant zero stars. I ordered online, picked up the food, and the entire order was wrong. When it seemed no one at the restaurant knew what to do, I asked for a refund rather than wait for them to figure it out. When I asked for a manager (Robert) he did not acknowledge me until he told me I was “all set”. I asked for a receipt, and he argued with me that I should use the “honor system” and just trust I would get my money back. Then he gave me a piece of paper that had my canceled order on it. It was too late, my account already had a pending charge. Well, here we are 4 days later, and I still have not gotten my refund! Worst restaurant experience I have ever had! This all happened 5/12/2023 on my birthday!

Consistency is not their recipe. I have visited four times. Twice in person and twice for takeout. The first time they could not cook the burger properly and had to send it back. The boneless wing meal was properly portioned and coated with the gold sauce. The second time I dined in I ordered the boneless wing meal. It was properly prepared. Two times in a row via curbside to go I received substandard quality boneless wings. They were overcooked, not fully coated in the gold sauce and was definitely under portion. One of the servers told me it’s done by weight and not size and I can tell you each time it was a different size. Out of the four times I was a patron one time I was satisfied with my experience. I cannot afford to pay for inconsistent quality and substandard size portions of food that I pay good money for. I would advise to find another place to eat despite the staff being friendly and polite.
