There are probably better wing alternatives in Collierville if you have a taste for wings. My 1st choice across the street at the Wing Guru was closed so I stopped into 901 wings. It took some time to place my order as the person was in the phone with what sounded like a difficult customer requesting a lot of one offs. Finally was able to order then waited about 25-30 minutes for my takeout order. Got some hot wings and some hot honey or something like that. I got the whole wings. They were ok.. nothing special and like I said I probably will never eat there again. The hit honey were a little undercook and the hot were over cooked…co figure.

Let me start by saying I’m not normally one to leave reviews but my experience here was one I thought I should share. First my wife attempted to call in a pick up order twice was promptly put on hold and then hung up on both times. Thinking they must be busy I decided to go ahead and go place an order and wait. When I got there I noticed there were maybe 10 customers ahead in the place and not sure why we were hung up on. I placed an order for three things wings, a salad and loaded fries. I then sat for almost an hour wait and was not served while others that ordered well after me were. Frustrated I asked how much longer my food would be and only then was I quickly served. I took my food home only to find that part of my order was missing (the loaded fries). I went back up to get the fries and saw customers again served before fixing my order. I then took my order home. The fries at that point were good but at this point my wings were beyond cold and had to be reheated. The salad and fries were good as there were still relatively fresh but the wings were definitely lacking after have to be reheated at home. I was really disappointed as I would normally have said the food was really good, what I had fresh was great but the reheated wings were definitely a disappointment. The TV’s there were turned up to a volume that I could barely hear the girl at the front call out the orders when food was ready. I thought the place had a lot of potential but in the end was left hungry and disappointed with the whole experience. I don’t plan on going back any time soon and really wish that the service does a better job with the very basic things I saw as a problem. The place has potential to be a great spot but definitely needs more attention to detail. I will say that the head cook or manager did offer me something else off the menu for my having to weight but at that point I was beyond hungry and just wanted my food and to get back to the house. Over all I say again it had good potential but really bad follow through and over all I was left very disappointed with our whole experience there.

Called in my very first order, arrived 20 mins later with 4 people waiting in front of me. She called each name as she sacked their food. There was another order sitting on the counter. I finally sat down to wait for my name to be called. 30 mins later I go to the counter & ask. That was my order sitting there the entire time! ‘I said you didn’t call my name she said you’re supposed to come up & say your name. I’ve never been here so I didn’t know that, you called other peoples names.They paid when they called in! . I said it’s not like you’re covered up & can’t check on customers!’ She never came to see why I was sitting there for 35 mins, like maybe I was dining in.. Nothing!!! Then tells me there’s a place to tip on the screen! I planned on tipping- if you’d treated me like A Paying customer!! Food complete soggy & cold but one of their many posted signs basically stated they won’t remake your food if you’re not there timely.

Called to tell them my food was pink nicely. I was placed on hold then questioned as if I’m lying about food. I normally call places before reviewing which I did. By far the worst customer service rude and hostile. I will never eat here again!

Cashier was rude and unprofessional. She wrote down my card number and used it to Cashapp herself and buy items off multiple websites. Asked the manager about it and he stated that he was “pretty sure” it wasn’t his people. The card had never been used before. I will never eat there again. The customer service always sucks and the food is average.

This may be a wing spot but they have the best turkey burgers I’ve ever tasted! The seasoned fries are a must have! Everything I’ve had at this spot has been good! Every salad has been on point, the chicken Philly is top notch, and the honey hot bites are another fave! Now the wait may be a bit long. Call in if you can but the food is worth the wait!

This was my first time at 901 Wings in Collierville. I was hesitant about the poor reviews, but ordered anyway. The customer service experience over the phone was a little annoying. The other calls beeping in kept interrupting and I had to keep repeating my order. They should invest in more land lines or a mobile app. The preparation and taste of the “party”wings are fantastic for Honey Gold and Mild. The regular fries are pretty good. The celery/carrots are not edible. The ranch and blue cheese is okay. I recommend the flats versus drummies. The wings were ready in 30 minutes as promised and the order was entirely correct despite the interruptions from other calls. I’ll be back.
