When we opened the doors in 2010, the only thing we knew about the craft beer business was that we loved beer. We have learned a lot throughout the years., both about craft beer, running a brewpub, and being part of a community. We invite you to stop in. Try one of our beers. Try a different brewery’s beer. Enjoy our handmade food. Talk with your neighbor. Enjoy the craft atmosphere. Enjoy the shops around our business. Take a stroll to the lake. Come back and warm up or cool down with some great craft beer.

I usually would stop by for a beer or two, but this time we had dinner. Our burgers were great and full of flavor. My wife had never had poutine before so we had to order that as well. The beer selection is the most diverse in town, lots to choose from. The staff was very kind and prompt.

Another great visit here, we come every year while going to the races at Road America. First of all, let’s mention the cheese curds on their menu. 10 out of 10. A must order item. My son ordered the classic nachos and loved them, and they are dripping with cheese and goodies. The menu was hard to pick from as the grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, chicken and waffles, Flatbread, and salads all looked great. In the end I chose poorly going with the Buffalo chicken salad and the Buffalo sauce (very spicy) and greens just didn’t mix in my opinion. My friend got the same though and cleaned his plate so maybe it was just me. Finally the beers on tap list. Whoah, so much variety to choose from and it’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back here. Two dozen or more craft beers on tap I think I counted? Parking on the street is usually easy, so this place is highly recommended.

Went to 8th Street Ale House as a replacement for another busy restaurant and you know what ? It was really really good! The building is really big, clean and atmospheric amd very decorative in a pleasant way! The service was CLEARLY stressed and understaffed but did a great job despite that! The food was pretty darn good to! The cheese curds were some of the best restaurant cheese curds I’ve had and the fried chicken with Belgian waffles and tater tots were scrumptious! Try the 8th Street Ale House out, it’s great if you ask me!

Been here multiple times and have had an excellent experience every time. Service is fantastic and quick. Food is delicious; their brunch menu is full of tasty choices. They also carry energy city brewing which is some of the best beer you can find!

Excellent food & selection of beverages. Went on a Saturday evening while traveling through Sheboygan. Unbelievable selection of brews, mixed drinks were yummy (recommend the Bloody Mary!!!!), cheese curds to die for, & other great eats. I’m plain Jane so the burger was perfect for me. But our party of guests were all super impressed. If we are ever in the area again, we for SURE will go back here!!!!
