This is the place to go if you happen through North Conway NH. The staff is always very friendly and patient. The staff is helpful. The desserts are to die for and expresso is nice as well. Liked the first visit so much, I had to take a road trip back less than a month letter.

A very solid 4 stars. Atmosphere was comfortable but could use a little updating. The sesame bagel was delightful as was the espresso. Even the peanut butter seemed to be house made! Will definitely visit again! Prices were pretty reasonable too!

My husband and I stopped in for the first time in June and we got 4 of each flavor of the macarons, an eclair and a cannoli. Everything we got was absolutely divine and the staff were very friendly! We will absolutely be returning in August when we are back in town!!

100% authentic Italian experience. Blown away by the quality and selection of treats and baked goods. I wanted one of everything! Can’t wait to come back again. Their almond croissant was like an out-of-body experience. North Conway has many choices for coffee, and Cafe Italia beats them all by a mile! Hurry up and try them for yourselves.
