EXCELLENT food and customer service. The ribeye was in our top 2 favorites of all times. The brussel sprouts were good and sweet. The Espresso Martini was really good. ☕️ They pour it from a dispenser and use actual coffee. Definitely try the bread pudding! The upstairs Bourbon Bar was closed so we will have to go back for that experience. The parking lot is behind the building. ️ Reservation aren’t required but recommended.

Girls night! Do you have friends that order caviar and a cheeseburger? I do! We started with an assortment of appetizers. Highly recommend the tuna tacos and the oysters. A moment for the caviar…the accompaniments including the cream fraiche were incredible. So worth the splurge!
For entrees, we split a cheeseburger and the lobster. The lobster was scrumptious. We all agreed some of the best lobster ever. Their cheeseburgers are works of art. Seasoned well, cooked to perfection and large enough for sharing!

Laura, you made my dining experience so much better. The food was great the Caesar dressing was legit, and the butternut squash soup was so velvety and well-seasoned I could’ve easily had two bowls (but I behaved). The fish was fresh, and the sauce was perfectly balanced overall a well-constructed dish. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, chef!

My husband got the 8oz Boursin Filet with crab mac & cheese. I got the Truffle Chicken.

We celebrated our anniversary at 501 Prime and really enjoyed the evening. I ordered the New York strip steak and my wife had the blackened cod — both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. We wrapped up the night with their cheesecake and coffee ice cream, which were the perfect finish to the meal.
The atmosphere and service were great, and we knew going in that it would be on the pricier side. That said, we did feel the cost was just a bit steep for what we received. Still, it made for a memorable anniversary dinner and we’re glad we tried it.

First time in Hot Springs and my wife and I are here for our anniversary. Staff was top notch and went out of their way to make our experience a memorable one. After dinner our waitress surprised us with a “Happy Anniversary” dessert. Will be back during our next visit to Hot Springs

This evening, we dined at 501 Prime for the first time. It was amazing. Kathryn was a phenomenal server. She was personable and patient – explaining menu items and answering questions. I had the Roadted Duck Eggrolls and my husband had the wedge salad as an appetizer. My entree was the Boursin Strip Steak – delicious!! We highly recommend dining at 501 Prime. We will be back!!

We were excited about having a fine dinner experience and only the price was.
We could barely breathe between our appetizer food/drink and entrees.
Having a bourbon bar, you would think their old fashioned would be out of this world and it was nothing exceptional and served in a basic glass. Our baked brie was overwhelmingly and unnecessary too sweet.
They could not find our bottle of wine and since they served our entrees so quickly we decided to have only wine by the glass and our red wine came out chilled which should never happen.
Again, fine dining?
The dessert were great.
The atmosphere is cozy.
They tried to make it up to us but the experience was ruined and disapointing..
This place doesn’t have the service skills of fine dining or the abilities and
the love of the food, they just charge like it.
We will not come back!

We had such a romantic table. The restaurant has gone out of its way to add cushions to make the room quieter. The food was fantastic. The drinks were wonderful! The bourbon selection is unparalleled! The bathrooms are gorgeous! Lots of attention to detail! Our waiter Devin was exceptional! It’s not in the downtown of Hot Springs but very close by. Worth visiting!

Celebrated our 25th anniversary here and it was the best meal we’ve had in years. Started off with the shrimp cocktail and it was the freshest shrimp we’ve ever eaten. My husband had beef tips which were very tender. I had the halibut. It was perfectly flaky with a delicious crust and a good sized portion. The confit tomatoes were melt in your mouth. My basil lemontini was just the right amount of tart. Our server, Emerald, was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience!
