I give up. 2nd time going here after heavy lifting at the gym. I’m vegan so order the veggie burrito. My biggest pet peeve is when you pay full price as a meat item, and they BARELY give you any veg protein. I got a rice, lettuce, corn, tomato burrito with a couple beans sprinkled in. I’m still hungry obviously so made a smoothie when I got home. Gave them a 2nd try, but agree with other reviews . Oh he accidentally added sour cream after I said no dairy, but didn’t want him to waste food, so that’s why it’s creamy looking

They accidentally charged me $3 for guacamole and I don’t have time to go back and fix it. Don’t go when they’re super busy or when you’re in a rush. The Chipotle on Oak Grove or in Downtown is better.

It’s a chipotle. There is is not much seating inside but there is plenty outside. The set up inside feels a bit cramped. What I’ve noticed is that instead of putting finished orders on the shelf they keep it behind the counter so you need to give your name for it.

I ordered a Chicken Burrito, received confirmation of my credit card payment on payment kiosk but attendant told me that payment didn’t go through, and the transaction would have to be redone. When I contested the attendant said that the receipt automatically prints regardless (receipt was for a chicken bowl and customer before me had ordered 2 tacos). Despite my contention, the first attendant had another attendant charge me for a chicken burrito and gave me the receipt in question and the new one for the chicken burrito (both receipts were for the same price) and said that I could return for a credit later if it was incorrectly charged.

Work station was not clean, there was sour cream and cheese on the counter. Get home and noticed the aluminum foil had been punctured with the permanent marker marking the flour tortilla and the tortilla edges were very tough to chew.

Horrible service. I got two bowels and they gave me kids sizes portion. I didn’t get 50% worth of money. I advise every one that go there to make sure they get enough food for their money. Horrible place don’t know who is the manager there.

The young lady at the register was kind and professional when I arrived to pick up my on-line order. The receipt on the bag only had my name; so I inquired if both my orders were in the bag. She looked and asked if I ordered two bowls, chips and dip. I agreed and took the bag home. I’m a new Chipotle customer so I was unaware that the customer names are on the items. I was disappointed to find bowls with other peoples names on them. I returned to the restaurant and approached the counter bag in hand. This is where I was meet by a very unpleasant woman. She my have been the manager as she appeared to be the most senior person there. I’ll spare you the details. Not returning to this location.

Extremely disappointed! I just ordered four burritos, and when asking for meat got the tiniest pinches! Ridiculous! Listen to the other reviews don’t go here if your hungry. For the cost which has gone up, they have really cut back on the food. When they made my first burrito I looked at the guy and said “seriously?” He put some more meat on it and then charged me for double meat! Seriously I want to support chipotle but I will never go back here.

It’s unfortunate to see a place of work employ so many minors and not properly train them on keeping a restaurant tidy and in shape. The lemonade bubblers we’re not on and I had to turn them on for the employees. It was 5 PM, by that point. the company either makes the lemonade in the morning, or reuses it from the night before. I cant imagine the lemonade was any good by the time I was there. Not to mention the main counter was covered in rice, and the floors looked like they were unswept for almost the whole day. The General Manager at the time seemed to be negligible towards the state of this restaurant, and didn’t send any employees to handle any of the worries I had just noticed.

Better care should be taken when serving food…counter should always be neat and clean during and after serving…such a mess, food all over the serving counter… better training on food service is needed
