I had a great experience here tonight. The food tasted fresh. The prices are reasonable. I loved their daily specials. I ordered brisket tacos, and they melted in my mouth. The only complaint was with their cole slaw. It was served plain without any sauce mixed in. Too dry for my taste. Otherwise, this is a great place to try.

Belly up to the ordering bar and sit down with your food, within minutes of showing up. This quaint farm house feeling place is a gem. The food is cooked and seasoned very well. (We recommend the fried funeral potatoes, brisket, and banana pudding….. but don’t you even think of skipping the cornbread) Plating is more along the lines of a grown up lunch line in elementary school, but even at that – it only contributes to the inner carnivorous child doing a happy dance. Sauces compliment without over powering, and the staff have created a fun and welcoming environment. Southern Hospitality.

Been going here for years. It has never disappointed. The best bbq around. The chicken is amazing. The cornbread is divine. You won’t go wrong with whatever you pick. It’s also a great option to have catered. Just wished we lived closer to get it more.

We celebrated my son in law’s birthday here. The food was very good especially the deep fried funeral potatoes. I had the one meat plate, garlic toast, Mac and cheese, snd beans. I couldn’t eat it all. I definitely could have split a plate. I would definitely go back here.

5 Stars, Great tasting BBQ… Been trying to hit this spot for a while, well worth the wait. The brisket was in my opinion was perfect. Some of the best brisket I have ever had anywhere. The ribs were good, the Cajun sausage was pretty decent as well. The mashed potatoes were excellent along with the mac and cheese. Loved the corn bread, very dence and Harty with great corn bread flavor. Only disappointment was no home made tea….. I guess they can have a pass on it seeing how good the food was.

I am a fan of good sides and they had several. #coleslaw #PotatoSalad were good I really enjoyed the deep fried #FuneralPotato balls and the #BrunswickStew so yummy. Another fun aspect is all the sauces we could try. Loved the #mustardBBQSauce the #kindaHot sauce. It was also fun to try the #DarkChili #alabama #sweet and #balsamic sauces too. What a great Barbecue place.
