8 years ago we celebrated our engagement with big party in the private room. Sadly this has been the 1st time back, which was for our engagement anniversary and it was just as amazing as we remembered. We got the wedge and burrata salads, for our entrees my wife had the Filet with mash and risotto, I had the Ribeye with mash and risotto. Both Steaks were cooked perfectly and were flavorful.

Excellent ribeye, one of my top 5 steaks I’ve eaten. Good service at the bar. They have 2 small TVs for sports but still a classy vibe. The ribeye was very well seasoned and I ordered it medium rare. It was so tender and juicy. Had a great sear. I mean really it was out of this world delicious. Got it with smashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts and a glass of bold red wine. It was a well-deserved weekend meal. Also got a 4 roses neat. After tip it was over $100 but I do not regret it at all. Bar is small but it’s good because the bartender is able to be more attentive. Will go back if I’m here much longer.

Tasty food but skimpy portions. I ordered the arugula salad with pears, candied walnuts and Gorgonzola with a $10 add for steak tips. I was disappointed with the small salad. I had expected this to be more of a dinner sized portion for $22. The 3 bits of tips were also cooked quite tender and were good. It was really tasty but I wish there had been more greens and maybe another tip. In comparison my salmon lunch salad at Dexters was much larger and better priced.

Food is good but I think the service really makes this place stand out. Literally everyone we interacted with was wonderful, especially our server, Levi. She and the hostess were very kind to my 4 year old. It’s not on the menu but definitely get the Blondie for dessert, it’s amazing!

My family and I dined at this establishment for my father’s birthday and had some issues. The first point of contention being that we arrived on time for our reservation and the doors were locked. Understandable given we did have an earlier reservation, but halfway through our meal I noticed that another party wandered in through the side door after realizing the front doors were still locked well after the restaurant was open. The service was less than up to par also, our server was very nice to her credit but the service overall was very slow in an empty restaurant. Also we were not given enough silverware or bread and butter. Our meal also came out unsatisfactory. My sisters sandwich was over cooked, and served without the toppings she requested. My mother’s sandwich was bland, missing toppings, and dry. My fathers steak was very much undercooked which to be fair he did still eat and enjoyed due to his preference for rarer meat. But nonetheless the steak he ordered was medium rare and came out borderline blue. His side was also burnt to a crisp. My steak also came out incorrect. I ordered it medium and it came out borderline well done. When I brought this up to our server, it was taken back and someone came out with it and tried to dispute it with me, I understand standing by what you serve but if you’re charging 45 dollars for a steak and having your customers check if it’s cooked right before eating and disputing it when it’s wrong rather than having confidence in your meal doesn’t reflect very positively on the product that is being served. Also, the replacement steak that I ordered was rare. Undercooked. However, the appetizer we ordered was very good and the sides that came with my steaks were also very nice. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience and don’t plan to return.
