First, but not last time, coming here. Everything was stellar. High quality, fresh expertly made ingredients & skill. Top flavor down to the last drop of the roll dipping sauce. I have been a longtime fan of East Side Banh Mi. The flavors are always great, the bread amazing and the staff uber friendly. Today, I decided take my sandwich home, hence the Boatswain Hazy IPA from Trader Joe’s in the pictures. It was a perfect day in East Nashville – sitting on the porch, savoring my Banh Mi, enjoying my IPA and watching the sun set.

Enjoyed the fried chicken bahn mi sandwich and the shrimp/pork spring rolls. The sandwich was fire! Good size for the price. The spring rolls were pretty good, too. Though the sauce wasn’t my favorite. Also, they were loosely wrapped so it was hard to eat without it falling apart. Overall a cute, cozy, and clean place to eat! Will definitely be back for more.

They make and bake their bread in-house. The contents of the sandwich were high quality and flavorful. We had a traditional pork and the fried cauliflower special bahn mi. Both were well worth eating. I will definitely come back.

Best banh mi in town! I gravitate toward the sandwiches. The bread is crusty and holds up to the juices and filling. All the meat options are amazing. I like to get an extra side of the pâté, it adds extra richness! All the sides are fresh and light. Must get in East Nashville.

Stopped in here on a 2 day trip to Nashville. Was not disappointed. The bread was amazing, flavors were spot on. I got the pot roast banh mi, which came with an amazing pho broth dipping sauce. My wife got the chopped steak banh mi, which was super flavorful. Wonderful find for someone who loves a good sandwich.
