This place is awesome! The food quality is outstanding. I had the best sandwich of my life here. I highly recommend the spicy Italian sandwich and chips! The chips were not oily like most. Very nice crunch and flavor. The restaurant is cute and cozy with plenty of seating inside and out. Very cool place with tons of selection. They also provided gluten free bread that was amazing!

A terrific neighborhood gem. Have been twice, breakfast and lunch. The ingredients are all high quality, everything I tried + what family tried was excellent. Nice selection of wines, perfect for a picnic or whatever. Looking forward to the weather cooling off so we can sit outside and enjoy the cool patio. Wish OKC had more places like this.

What a wonderful little gem. My best friend and I checked out this place in early January for lunch. There was parking but it didn’t seem like a lot. We walked through the gravel patio up to their front entrance. It’s very industrious looking. We perused their menu online, and thank God we did, because their menu board are rather tiny print. A wonderful woman took our order, $20 for my Turkey and a topo chico, and we seated ourselves. She informed us that if we were beer drinkers they have a deal where you can build your own 6-pack. Sounded fun.

Just opened in the Paseo District with a Bike Shop, Celestial Cycles, a deli/coffee shop, and a small local food market. This place has so much room to stretch and relax while you enjoy a sandwich. I got the Pastrami and was pleasantly surprised. Slurped down some Nitro Cold Brew to wake myself up and snacked on a Peanut Butter Miso cookie. Definitely a fan of this place. It has great service and smart menu you ideas with different hours for each menu. Has grab and go, coffee shop, lunch, and happy hour menus. It will be a great place to grab a bite and walk around to see the art. Well done!

I was skeptical of all of the five star reviews, but 30th St lives up to them. The food was phenomenal, the service attentive and the atmosphere adorable. Try their beet sandwich – you will not be disappointed.

Omg ! Blown away , amazing ambiance, beautiful rustic esthetic. The food was unbelievably good, almost re-ordered my sandwich. Definitely worth trying, a bit pricy but overall an experience I will look forward to revisiting. Time sensitive menu

They have everything you need here! Coffee, beer or wine, breakfast and lunch foods. I love that it’s pet- and kid-friendly. The events on the patio area are also great. Considering trying the wine club soon.
