This may not be the nicest looking McDonald’s around, but the staff are competent, friendly, and do their job well. My order was ready within 2 minutes of me placing it, and they had other customers. It looked busy, so I was prepared to wait. But no, it was ready lickity-split, and everything was correct. The lady even upped my drink to a large even though I only ordered a medium. All my sauces were there, which is becoming more and more of a rarity. Oh, and my nuggets were arranged so neatly in the box, I’ve never seen them deliberately arranged before. Most McDonald’s just dump them in. The fries were also neatly placed in the bag; only 2 fell out into the bag. My only gripe is that 1 of their 2 self-serve kiosks is broken, and has been for as long as I can remember, so there is only one kiosk at the moment. If both were functional, that would raise my rating to about 4.5.

i have literally NEVER had a good experience here. the workers are the rudest with zero sense of urgency. today i stood at the counter waiting to be given a take out order and watched a worker on facetime, loudly talking to her phone, no gloves, handling food. the food here is mediocre at best. if you want to eat at a mcdonalds in florence, pick one of the other two (one by publix and one by ollies). this one is not worth even a single thought.

It was loud. They took 25 minutes to make a 6pc happy meal. They almost always give honey mustard when I ask for honey. The girl behind the counter wanted to give me attitude when I asked for honey (again). She snatched the honey mustard off the counter and went to the back and just started chatting with the other employees. When someone new walked in and stood quietly at the counter, she yell “You jes gone hafta wait a minute!” rudely and loudly. This is the usual experice here. Rude, slow service with plenty of attitude on the side.

I went through the drive-thru pretty quickly despite the number of cars ahead of me.
Both ladies I encountered at the windows were friendly with great personalities.

The lights were on, the cars were out and it said that they are open. I came there at 9:01pm and no answered or even tried to. It was very easy to tell that the place was not empty. Rude

Trash. The staff I mean. McDonald’s is already garbage, but when you order breakfast through the app and they take so long to prepare it that they try to tell you breakfast is over and now we need to choose something else… dude it’s not my fault your employees suck. I ordered breakfast during breakfast hours. Then they want to give me “large” Big Mac combos and drink of choice for $15. They couldn’t even make a Big Mac. They literally threw the burgers in boxes, gave us small fries and only one drink. Even after telling them there were two drinks they handed one to us and told us to have a good day. Absolutely useless location. Bunch of kids that need parents to teach them how to tie their shoes and wipe their noses. Over it.

I’ve been going here for years because it’s on my route to work. I haven’t really had problems, other than staff being rude. Today I made a mobile order, as usual, and picked it up. All cashiers and workers looked no older than 15. I was really hungry so I didn’t notice that my burger was raw until halfway through. It is hot pink in the center and now my weekend will be ruined with food poisoning. Guess that’s what happens when you hire children. Won’t be coming back ever again.

The team doesn’t seem very friendly but they get your food out and fresh. So I’ll take fresh food over fake smiles any day. The only issue was the Big Mac didn’t have extra sauce at least that’s what the person who was eating it said. Everything else was good and fresh. It was also clean in the restaurant. My ice coffee was delish.

I did not eat at this McDonald’s on this visit because I, along with other customers, saw a rodent in the restaurant.
Here’s the story. A young child and I were looking at the large, wall-mounted menu screens to decide what items to order. While giving our order to the cashier, the young child said, “there’s a rat.” I was confused at first because I misheard her and thought she had said, “there’s a rag.”
Then, she repeated the phrase and pointed to the bottom of the menu screen. That’s when I saw either a small rat or a very large mouse on the ledge underneath the menu screen.
Understandably, she and I lost our appetite and immediately left the restaurant in search of another one in the city.
