Would give 0 stars if I could. The manager Stephanie was rude, sarcastic, and mean when I came to try and sort out a issue I had with my little sisters schedule, who they had been being kept over the time she was scheduled and till closing multiple times the past month. When approached with the issue she was anything BUT kind and understanding (we live an hour away in the country and we can’t just drive back and forth and we can’t wait 2 hrs till midnight when I have work at 5am) instead of trying to help she threatened to fire my sister.

I try not to complain because I understand having worked in restaurants myself… but. Went today to get food for the kids. Had to repeat my order at least 7 times at the drive through. Get to the window and am asked what I ordered. Had to repeat it another 3 or 4 times. Oh, no frappes? What an fn surprise. So finally after the 3rd person takes my order we pay. Total 22.06. Ma’am, I think I have the 6 cents. Worker, don’t worry about it. Proceeds to hand me a handful of changes. Sigh. Then, haha, my order is completely wrong. So skip ahead 10 minutes later, we finally get our food. Our old, cold food. Cold soogy fries, nuggets that are hard, old, dry, This store has steadily been going downhill for awhile now. Will be my last time. Maybe one of the other 20 around will be better.

I normally enjoy going to this location, but today I was laughed at because I didn’t want to eat in my vehicle with my daughter and asked for a refund. I ordered through the app and selected to eat inside.. There were no signs showing that the lobby was closed. I appreciate the manager for being polite and refunding my money. I do not appreciate the workers that laughed.

Staff was loudly cussing right next to the pick up window while my two small children were in the car. They also never put the apples in the kids meals even when asked multiple times, always forget sauces and napkins as well.

The staff at this location were working as hard and fast as they could I could visibly see this as I waited several minutes for the chance to request additional condiments none of them could even look up they were working so hard to fill orders. It is just wrong for giant names like McDonald’s to purposefully under staff and knowingly allow their employees to have to work like that with that kind of pressure and stress when their resources are vast beyond belief. Obviously service and experience even care is a thing of the past and there will be customers regardless and revenue no longer requires value, quality, or loyalty. Well it does to me so I can’t say McDonald’s will not be a choice again but it will be my last resort. Oh and take the playgrounds down if they are not going to open again I think I can speak for parents everywhere when I say at this point if not it’s just cruel to get kids all excited and put parents in the position to have to come up with an explanation for why they can’t play. Dismantle them or hide them from view
