I bought the fries supreme with no guacamole or sour creme. I get home and there are no beans on it like it is supposed to have. I take it back and I’m told it has been and if I want extra it will cost me. There is a spot we’re there is a hint of beans. close up photo is the hint of beans.

I ordered online for pick-up. I ordered the “chips supreme” I arrived at the time the email order confirmation said order would be ready, (25 min). Apparently, the cook was aware of the order & either forgot to make it or just didn’t make it. I waited at the drive thru window, not too long while order was made.

I asked for agua chiles And they told me they could not make them that they were out of them so then I went with Chilaquiles and they gladly said yes they did have them I ordered chips supreme also and yes, they told me they had them when I got to the window. I asked the lady if I can buy a bag of chips on the side with chunky salsa and she told me that they had no chips and that got me wondering how can you make chips supreme with no chips and Chilaquiles, which once again the main ingredient is chips, but she couldn’t sell me a bag of chips just got home opened my food food tray. The guacamole is black and my tips looks like if they were a day old just disgusting presentation and disgusting Service never again what I go to this place.

Quite simply my favorite place to eat in Ramona. Will dine at least once when I come home to visit. It’s often my first stop when I roll into town! Good memories here with great friends. I’ll bring out-of-state visitors here and a few of them have said it’s the best Mexican food they’ve ever had. Seems like an exaggeration, but I don’t think they’re too far off with that judgement.

I was definitely pleased with the food at Mananas. First and foremost …… ice cold beer! I asked for a cup of ice but it was not needed. Sorry I only drink Coors Light but they have other beer including Budweiser and Modelo. I’m sure they are equally cold and refreshing. I also ordered a carnitas wet burrito. Delicious. It was actual carnitas vs chunks of pork (there is a difference). The beer was served to me right away. Order taker asked if I wanted chips and salsa (I assume no charge since I had already paid). Food was ready within 5 min and prepared to order. I special order everything which occasionally causes a problem but NOT here. Overall 5 stars for the clean restaurant with cold beer and great food. I will try again next time I’m in the area. Thank you Mananas.

We order caldo de mariscos and this is the amount of limes that we got, then we ask if we could have more they said it would cost extra for that. So we asked how much she said a dollar and this is what a dollar will get you. While arguing for the limes we didn’t realized that the avocado on the carne asada fries was was already turning brown. And at the very end the employee had the courage to tells us if we didn’t like it there we could go somewhere else., what a disrespectful way to treat a customer. Pictures shows what we got.
