Fantastic little cafe. You must understand before going there that they make different sandwiches each day of the week and you are limited to that day’s menu. Further, the sandwiches are not made to order but prepared each morning.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Really pretty place, well decorated. You have to order on a kiosk, there are 2 of them. If the kiosks are busy you have to wait outside. We place our order, coffee, pastries and sandwiches with chips. Decided to wait inside because today it was 85 degrees even though order wass to go. It took 20 min for them to talk to us! To tell us they were making the plain jane sandwich, it has ham and lettuce…5 min later one of the young girls brought the sandwich and asked us if we had everything. Seemed like yes but we were supposed to grab the chips but forgot with all the back and forth. The coffee was good, strong, not bitter. The croissant was good. The sandwiches..not worth it. They do put lots of protein but the breath is the dense kind and the slices while thick were small, see pics, specially for a guy. And in the premade sandwich the bread was clearly old. Maybe go for coffee and pastries? We will not repeat.

Fabulous find in Northeast Harbor! Had a delicious chocolate croissant as I couldn’t resist when they said it was one of their baked goods flown in from Paris! My husband had an Americano which he also enjoyed. I’m looking forward to trying the breakfast bread pudding and breakfast casserole which we bought to snack on later during our hike. Will be posting an update later on those. Ingredients are high quality here with a lot of gluten free and vegan options. One of the biggest perks? The free WiFi! Can be hard to make plans in Maine with the spotty cell service so this was a bonus, especially in such a classy dining location. Could have spent hours hanging out here with the serene music and air conditioning. Perfect for breakfast or lunch.

I hate having to give a negative review to a local place with so much potential. If it weren’t a small local place with great ambiance I’d only give it one star. I can’t imagine a more wasteful and environmentally impactful way to prepare and serve coffee. An individual pod ends up in the trash for each $2.50 coffee. And I’m guessing the majority of those are served in disposable cups. Please consider shifting to a less wasteful more environmentally responsible way of providing coffee to your patrons. I would happily change this review in response to such a shift.

Bummer. We were hungry and this looked like a good place. We got lattes, scones, a yogurt parfait and a small cinnamon bun. The yogurt was watery and not much for $9. But the scones were so dry we used up our lattes trying to swallow them. They were tasteless from overcooking and, if this wasn’t the only place in town open, we would have just thrown them away. The young guy we ordered from first got our latte wrong, then forgot to give us the scones, and then forgot to give us the cinnamon bun. If it were just a staff issue I’d try it again but the willingness to sell overcooked food at a premium is too much.

The food was amazing here. Came once for breakfast and then again for lunch. Excellent selection of food to eat. The restaurant is very well designed and very convenient for the cruise we went on in the morning. A must stop!

We needed to provide breakfast in a safe, socially distanced way this summer and Tracy and her team made us DELICIOUS breakfast boxes. We had mini almond croissants, a small fresh fruit yogurt parfait and a slice of frittata. Our guests were so impressed and the food was so good they took the extra boxes home with them! (Darn! I wanted those leftovers for myself.). Highly recommend for creative catering – they were fantastic to work with.

We stopped there on our way to Acadia National Forest for some breakfast and sandwiches to take along. My husband loved the breakfast bread pudding and they had two gluten free sandwich options for me! When we arrived home after our trip, we looked at the receipt and noticed that we had been charged for something we didn’t get and not charged for something we did get. The price difference was not a huge deal but it was several dollars so my husband called to see if anything could be done. I don’t know who he spoke to when they called back, but she was very apologetic and took the time to explain the error and to remedy the mistake. I only wish we lived closer, we would be frequent customers!

Ordered two sandwiches and a iced coffee for takeout. We understand they’re likely short staffed because of covid, though would have preferred a little more attention to the coffee. We had to go back for self serve to add oat milk. There was no oat milk or almond milk left after the woman said to add it ourselves. She quickly left so we had no way to ask for more and was a bit short with us.
