Never eating here again. Went in at noon (already been open for an hour). They do not accept credit cards and then tell me they don’t have change for a $20 (they said I was their first customer of the day – BS). I had to scrounge through my purse to find money to pay for my lunch. If you don’t take credit cards then be sure you have change for a $20. I asked for a few soy sauce and mustard specifically because they are SUPER cheap with these…they keep them hidden and only give them when asked. I get back to work and sure enough…she put one of each. I like mustard and soy sauce on on my chines food. They are so cheap it makes you wonder what grade food they are using. Done. Customer service is as important to me as food – and it sucks here.

I never raised my voice, but the older woman who works there certainly did. I had asked three times before they cooked the order for no vegetables in my lo mein. From what could tell, she couldn’t understand English well I guess, cause I definitely got vegetables. I asked if they could simply recook me a new one. Instead, they took the old one, picked out half the vegetables, and gave it back saying it was new. I called them out on it, and she preceded to yell at me saying I hadn’t said no vegetables. I calmly told her maybe she just didn’t hear it right, and if I could simply get new food. They told me no, so I asked for my money back. They refused.

Entire meal nasty! Greasy eggrolls and chicken wings just tasted like old grease. Mei Fun had NO taste. Called bc got home & there was no sauce for wings and rude lady said customers don’t want it…(a testament to their food). No soy or any sauce and when we asked about missing fortune cookies she told my husband they were .50 cents. He said we just wouldn’t come back…her response was dial tone as she HUNG up on him. Sucks we get Chinese often hope we find a better place out here!

The food here is so-so but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. The woman behind the counter over charged me and when I pointed it out, she screamed and ranted and raved as she told me I ordered two orders of spring rolls (when I only ordered one for myself) and then refused to refund me because she said the order was already placed. She was rude and nasty and the kind of hostility that came out of her was completely unexpected. I could not believe she would act so completely insane and treat a customer this way and risk losing business over an egg roll. Whilst waiting for my egg roll(s) to finish frying since she would not refund me, another customer came in to pick up her order and pointed out that the soda she was given had expired. This woman suddenly acted like she did not understand English and they proceeded through this painful conversation where finally the female customer said she was not paying for an expired bottle of soda. They went through the cooler and every soda in the case had expired. The crazy woman behind the counter refused to refund the customer so the customer had no choice but to take an expired water. Another customer came in and ordered a big order and when he asked for extra duck sauce, nasty woman behind the counter nearly popped a head gasket. She screamed at him that he had enough duck sauce for the food she gave him and she would have to charge him for extra packets of duck sauce. This insane woman ranted at him; partially in English and partially in Chinese until he left without his extra duck sauce, vowing he would never return. Meanwhile, she got ONE egg roll out of the fryer and thew it at me and said, “You say you order one egg roll, here is one egg roll”. I reminded her that she forced me to pay for two egg rolls and that demon of a woman screamed at me to get out of her restaurant. If you value service do not eat here. If you value your life, do not even go in, unless you have a video camera to document the insanity. There are too many good (Chinese) restaurants around to be treated that way by an establishment. Shame on you No. 1 Chinese Restaurant- – Confucious would warn you that bad treatment of others renders bad karma.

Absolutely awful!! They took my order over the phone, it was my first time ever ordering so I didn’t know there were sizes. I get there with 6$ and the lady demands 10$ from me! I tell her I don’t want the food just cancel my order and she literally would not allow me to. She went as far as to COMING TO MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT demanding 3 more dollars!! This woman is rude, crazy and has treated countless of my friends awfully as well. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Food is reasonably priced and quite good. Lady at counter is a crackpot, but in some ways it adds to the experience, at least until she tries to stiff me out of the eggroll the lunch comes with. I have to ask for it apparently.
