Authentic Haitian Cuisine. Business is ran by a nice Haitian man who is also present to do translations and give descriptions of the food. I got the 6$ lunch special which includes a large portion of rice, rice and beans, or delicious black rice with one piece of stew chicken which was huge and fried plantains. . I quickly busted down my food and forgot to take pictures. It was soo good I returned to order more chicken $2.00 a piece and sos pua on the side for $3.00. Run here! Lunch special is 12pm-3PM or you can get a regular small for 10$ and up.

I placed an order for via uber eats pickup. They were pleasant and verifying my order. I came home and pleasantly elated at how great the food was. I ordered red snapper, turkey in sauce, legume and accra. The food was delicious. I have found my new Haitian take out for my family. I look forward to my weekend takeout for my family.

Every few years I come back to this place and am reminded why I don’t come here. As a Haitian myself, they are an embarrassment to the culture and should be ashamed. Only the legume is good. Everything else is old, cold, and crusty.
They don’t post prices, which is illegal, so they make it up as they go. I went in for the $6 special on Mondays & Tuesdays and ended up paying $43.
The customer service is ATROCIOUS. They act like they’re doing you a favor. I don’t have to come here lady; I only came out of convenience and regretted it immediately. At checkout I muttered, “I’m never coming back here again.”
And no Owner, I’m not a professional reviewer. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years. I know the business that was there before you, so don’t play yourself. This is not about tearing anyone down. It’s about accountability in hopes of improvement. All the 1-star reviews say the same thing and it’s been like this for years! Instead of being defensive, DO BETTER!

ENOUGH with these businesses taking advantage of us, especially this one. Everything is way too expensive to accept what they give us in exchange for our hard-earned money.
Contact 311/Consumer Affairs to make them post a menu with prices, at the very least. Their food is good, so I will not stop until they improve their service because our community deserves it.
