STOP THE PRESSES!!! The soup (Zoup) is sooo delicious… you’ll think you’re in an episode of Seinfeld!!! Amazing trendy vibe that Millennials, Gen X’ers. AND BOOMERS alike will appreciate. Price is moderate to pricey but when you’re food is THIS GOOD… customers are happy to acquiesce. The General Manager was all too happy to answer questions about the menu as well as provide a sample taste of the “Zoup” I was contemplating. I’ll DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Soups were good, loved being able to sample. The pesto grilled cheese was such a tiny portion and the bread was not crunchy, spent $11 on a bad grilled cheese.

Time ago a coworker ordered. a salad, which came with bacon. My coworker don’t eat pork. They didn’t refund her money, even though the bacon wasn’t listed as ingredient. Today I have one of the worst experience. Me and my husband both ordered a bread bowl soup. The persons who was in line before us, have their meals. Ate them and leave. The 2 other customers after us also had their food before us. After about 40 minutes waiting, I asked was going out with our order. Until then they started to prepare it. Two people. Another 10 or 15 minutes passed. The second order after us was a family. They all got their food. Thus, my husband asked them for a refund. The cashier, who was nice apologized because she didn’t know how to make the bread bowls. She couldn’t figure it out how to do the refund. She asked to a manager who said the food was ready and sent to the kitchen, so they couldn’t do the refund. 20 minutes before I saw the same person, Kaylah pouring my soup in a container, which was 3/4. Then Kaylah tried to do the refund and at the end gave us cash. They never even tried to gave us the food, which continued at their prep counter. I am not sure if Kaylah was a manager, but she seemed lost and also said that she didn’t know how to make the bread bowl. Sadly, I cannot put a 1/4 of a star here. My suggestion is that they train all the employees on how to prepare ALL the food they offer.

Even if you think you’re not a soup fan, you should try Zoup! They have hefty portions (including sandwiches and wraps) of soup that will leave you feeling satisfied and happy that you’re eating healthier options. They even have vegetarian and vegan options. In fact, I tried the Lemon Roasted Vegetable Broth Bowl and it was not only SO good, but SO satisfying and filling. Polite staff, well laid out with attention to detail. 5 full stars.

Good soup, great sandwich, a little pricey but not terrible. This was our 1st time there so we got confused over the ordering process but the staff was quick to help. All in all a good experience.

I got there at 7:05pm. The young lady was cleaning up and then she grabbed the garbage can took the bag out and then proceed to put in another bag while I was standing there waiting! Then she slowly walked to the register and asked do I want to order. I then said no I want to try some of the samples. The young lady slowly walked to the soups and touch the spoons without washing her hand nor putting gloves on. I asked her do she think that she should wash her hands, she paused and then put on gloves to give me 1 sample. Then she walked away to the other trash can with the gloves that I suggested for her to put on! I asked is she the only one here and then she said yes. I just walked out and discussed!

Hello, I placed an order just after 1:15pm and picked it up around 1:30pm. Unfortunately, when we got home, the bag did not have one of the items I paid for. A 12 oz El Grande Chilli. I tried to call the restaurant right away, as I work from home and am unable to walk all the way back right away to get the order fixed. The phone just rings and rings and then goes back to the welcome message. I tried for 25 minutes before trying to see if I can reach someone through google review instead. The food we did get was wonderful, but there were no customers in the store at all when we picked the food up, two employees behind the counter, and yet our order was wrong and no one is answering the phone.

I ordered a fiesta chicken salad that should not contain nuts and recieved a salad with almonds on it. It was also supposed to have cheese, but did not. Very disappointed. Cost $12 and didn’t have enough time on my lunch hour to correct the issues. Food is usually really good, this experience seemed to be a fluke. But for people with allergies, this is a big mistake.

I had the Mac and cheese and it was so weird. For one, it was runny. It was also still cold in some parts and had pie crust crumbles on top. I’m not sure if they forgot to actually COOK my Mac and cheese before giving it to me or what. And what chef decided PIE CRUST should go to top of it? You might as well add raisins as well because that was a disaster
