I gave this place one star three years ago because their food wasn’t so great. I gave them another shot hearing they were “under new management”. So today I order & went to pick it up at about 12:45. When I arrived the food wasn’t ready after they told me it was. I finally received my order and my cheesesteak has no meat on it mostly vegetables. My fries are cold and so is the cheese on top.I’ll post pics. When I went back they were digging their bare hands through the pizza cheese because their was something moving in it. After he caught it, He put the lid back on after he noticed me. And put it back into the fridge!!!!!

I would give them negative stars but google won’t let me! Ordered food for my son cheesesteak, chicken finger and cheeseburger platter. Only two of the three items came. Now, in all honesty my son didn’t inform me until later that it wasn’t in the bag but when I found out I called. The young lady put me on hold for 20min supposedly trying to verify the order. Even after I gave her the receipt #38 I then hung up called back and she put me back on hold! At almost 11pm I had to call the better option Paradise pizza. This isn’t the first time that they have messed up, hours late, missing condiments, and now a whole steak! Nah, do y’all selves a favor and order from a place that cares about your experience, tastebuds, and satisfaction. Never will get my money!

Fresh salad, good quality shrimp, and a nice cheese + tomato sauce combo on the pizza. I just only wish they used fresh mushrooms and not canned ones. Ick!!!!

This place used to be good before it changed owners. We order from here every day from work with an order ranging from $25.00 to $50.00 a day. The driver is not efficient. There is no manager on site at all times. Today our order took an hour and half. When we called to cancel the phone girl said she can’t cancel it and the manager will have to do it later when he comes in. The phone girl even said herself that it was going down hill and everyone is leaving there. They just lost loyal customers. We don’t just order our office lunch there, but staff lunches, or when we have pizza for lunch for the children of the day care. Unacceptable.

I always order from them and they are good about delivering. Tonight was the worst!!!! I was already charged, placed order at 8:45pm and it’s now 10:37pm still no food, place is closed. However did call at 10:02pm and the manager picked up and I called to check the status of the driver and said he would call the driver and never got a return call back. Super Mad right now!!!!
