I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews, but after my experience at Jersey Mike’s, I genuinely felt like I had to. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and upbeat — and a huge part of that was because of Hayden.
Hayden went above and beyond in every possible way. You can tell right away that he takes pride in his work. He greeted me with a smile, made eye contact, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made my whole day better. It’s rare to see someone who brings that kind of energy to their job, especially in food service where things can get busy and stressful.
When it came to making the sandwich, Hayden was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. He listened carefully to everything I asked for, made sure the portions were perfect, and built the sandwich neatly and professionally. The ingredients were layered evenly, nothing was rushed, and everything looked and tasted amazing. You could tell he genuinely cared about making it right, not just getting through the line.
What stood out the most was his work ethic. Even while helping me, he was aware of everything going on around him — helping teammates when needed, keeping the station clean, and maintaining a calm, focused presence even during a rush. That kind of teamwork and leadership doesn’t go unnoticed.
On top of that, Hayden was respectful, polite, and patient. He answered questions without hesitation, offered suggestions, and made the experience feel personal instead of transactional. It’s employees like him that make customers want to come back again and again.
Jersey Mike’s already has great subs, but customer service like Hayden’s is what really sets this location apart. If every place had someone like him on their team, eating out would be a much better experience everywhere.

The young woman that made my sandwich today did a great job. She had great customer service and seemed genuinely interested in conversation. It was refreshing. And as always the sandwich was delicious! Great overall experience. You could tell she was a very hard worker. Hope she enjoys her newly bought car!

First time trying out Jersey Mikes Subs. Decision to execute on this thought and hunger was well executed. Customer service was on point as the gentleman explained what was recommended for first time. I opted for #56 , THE BIG KAHUNA. Grilled Philly with tomato , onion , bell peppers , American cheese and chipotle sauce added . Fresh, made per order and the cheese was oozing off the sub. It was a great tasting sub! Made it a combo as I needed chips and lemonade to top of the meal. I highly suggest you come try Jersey Mikes Subs if you haven’t tried it already. Will be coming back to try other delicious combinations.

Ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich-after waiting 15 minutes I received the wrong sandwich. When they remade it they made me the wrong sandwich again. This sandwich also had too much sauce and very little meat/veggies. Very busy environment and long wait to not end up getting what I ordered.

I ordered a Philly CheeseSteak Wrap online and stopped in for a quick pick-up. I was in and out in a quick minute. The sandwich was delicious and made to my specifications.
The awesome sandwich maker even left me a nice note. I asked for no jalapenos on my sandwich and made a joke about being a pansy (since I can’t handle the heat)… And they labeled my sandwich “Not a pansy”. Excellent customer service!! Thank you!

Honestly, service was horrible. The kid working the grill took 25 minutes to make 1 sandwhich for my order. For a giant, this is not enough meat!!! Very disappointing!!! I will not be returning to this location.
