Very cute place for lunch in Georgetown. The staff was friendly and kept me company as I dined in solo. The decor makes the place feel warm & cozy. I especially love the birds nest for live music.
I had tomato soup & Gouda sliders. Delish!

Found this hidden gem on Google, entering Georgetown. My salmon appetizer was AMAZING. I liked my mom’s brisket and sis in law liked her chili.
The macaroni was okay. It wasn’t the best I have ever had or the worst. The female bartender/server was very sweet.
I would DEF recommend and return next time I drive through Georgetown, Colorado.

This place is great. The decor is unique without being tacky. The photos are stunning and the artist who takes them is local. They also do love music but we weren’t there for that. The food was delicious and the service was prompt. Very glad we came in on our stop in Georgetown. The food poc is the BBQ platter.

Located in downtown Georgetown, CO. We stopped here for lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We had the pork sandwich plate which includes a side of beans, coleslaw and potato salad. The pork is smoked on-site and was very tasty! We also had a pumpkin ravioli dish roasted pecans and blue cheese which was also very good. Great atmosphere/decor.

Great spot in Georgetown! The burger was really tasty, and the place itself is beautifully decorated and super cozy. Prices are reasonable too, which is a big plus. The lady who served us wasn’t very friendly, but to be fair, she seemed overwhelmed—out of nowhere, the place got packed, and she was doing almost everything by herself. They could definitely use one or two extra staff members. That said, the food was well-prepared, not fancy, but delicious. Totally worth it, guys!

Our group of 5 just loved this place! Excellent food and excellent service. Plus a live band on a Friday night. Everything about it was great. We had a toddler and they took great care of her too! We will be back!

I just wanted to take the time and give this establishment a praise! We visited later in the shift, near closing, but still got served promptly, and happily. Our food/drinks were the best we had on our vacation, no comparison. I encourage anyone/everyone to get the hangar steak. You won’t regret it! The service, food, decor, and atmosphere are enough for 5 stars. All that being said, these things make a restaurant work, but the staff/owner is what makes this restaurant a special experience. You can really feel the joy and passion of everyone you encounter. Something truly special and rare. We came in for a meal, and left with very fond and cherished memories. As they say, “Gold is where you find it” Thank You 511, until next time!

Absolutely stunning saloon and restaurant. Plenty of bourbon choices to get your appetite going. The decor is amazing. This is truly a hidden gem that you don’t want to miss. The food was amazing. The burger was one of the best that I’ve had lately. Super juicy meat and full of great flavors. My wife’s beet salad was delicious as well. The smoked Gouda sliders were great as well. The pork green chili is something from another planet! Service was top notch even with one bartender/server there. I can’t remember her name but she was awesome. Highly recommend.

The 511 Rose is charming and delicious. This rates up with any fine casual dining I have had on the mountain. We had maple Brussel sprouts, red elk chili, green pork chili and peach berry pie. Also enjoyed a couple bourbon drinks. This is worth the stop on the way up or down.
