Terrible customer service and terrible food. Ordered a double pepperoni pizza, pepperoni under the pizza and not as advertised, they left off an order of onion rings and a side salad. Called to a rude employee who said they made the food themselves (made incorrectly) and offered a partial refund for an order that went straight in the trash.

We haven’t eaten from Zeppe’s in forever and decided to pick up a pizza from Middlefield after reading positive reviews. Ordering online it asked for special instructions. Yes, please. I’ve had too many pizzas that end up with uncooked dough so we ordered it well done. Pizza was edible but NOT well done as I asked. Maybe you have a different definition of what well done means? Do you read the needs and wants of your customers? I came to pick it up and I was actually asked (as was the woman ahead of me) if it was paid for!! Again, don’t you have that information on your screen? I’m thinking that a new program must be needed. Your staff should not have to ask such a question. It was kind of rude. Maybe some of their other food is better than their pizza but I can’t say I’ll be back anytime soon.

I ordered the shrimp scampi pasta with linguine. It was delicious and that was delivery so I can imagine had I ordered to dine in! Came with a side salad that was delicious as well! Definitely recommend this! Thank you for the fast delivery also!!
I didn’t give a rating for atmosphere obviously because I wasn’t there. But the phone service was so friendly and the delivery driver was very friendly as well!

All of the food we got was hot, fresh and delicious. You can tell they use high quality ingredients and prepare everything in house. On my most recent order I added a chicken Cobb salad on a whim, and it ended up being one of the best things we got and was devoured by my family. The staff was also so friendly and had my order ready exactly when I needed it!

I have utilized Zeppe’s of Middlefield several times for catering work lunches. I love the ease of ordering online, especially when I can do so in advance and have one less thing to worry about the day of a meeting or function. Food is excellent, arrives on time and as ordered. I think they have some of the best pizza in the area – can’t go wrong with zig-zag crust! Their “lunch boxes” are a go to when I want a more personalized lunch option. Whereas their sheet pizza’s and catering options make it quick and easy for larger meetings/groups.

There were two females in the Zeppe’s on 87 between Burton and Middlefield, one Amish and one “English”. Strangely enough, all the years I’ve lived here I’ve never ordered their pizza. I’ve ordered their wings by the metric tonne in the past and they were FANTASTIC. But, never their pizza. Big mistake. Their pizza was simply EXCELLENT. It’s presentation was excellent, I felt the toppings were just perfectly sufficient for the large I ordered. And, the taste? Oh, my, OUTSTANDING. When I called to order, the person on the phone was excellent. They were very polite and friendly. I had just pulled into the parking lot while I was ordering so as soon as we hung up I went inside to pay and said I’d be waiting in my truck until it was ready. It got to where I figured my pizza would be about ready so just as I started to get ready to go in and get my pizza, the person I believe to be the manager was walking out with my pizza and handed it to me before I was able to get out of my truck. So, I want to make it clear that they had AWESOME SERVICE AND EXCELLENT PIZZA!! I will most certainly return!!

Overall theyre pizza was pretty good and the service was good, they seemed a little busy with online orders possibly, but other than that I loved the melted butter they gave us for the pizza, and everything was fairly tasty. The only issue I personally have was they didnt cut it properly in the middle so everytime we tried to get a hot slide it wouldnt come apart from the rest of the pizza lol, and it was HOT (which is good) and that wasnt a big deal, just messier. But the price in my opinion was a bit iffy. Me and my mom went in and got a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza 12″ and it was like a medium pizza, but with only 1 topping and the extra few bucks for stuffed crust it was like $23 which was kinda crazy because thats a large anywhere else. Still, cant complain too much because hot pizza is good pizza!

Ordered garlic twists, as theyre my FAVORITE and Im from youngstown and we don’t have a Zeppes near us. Just something to munch on. Were delicious other than the fact they could have been done just a SMIDGE more, they were a little doughy. Other than that excellent as always!
