If you’re looking for a clean, modern spot with amazing food, this is it. The Tonkotsu broth is rich and savory, and the smoked meat portions are huge. Love the robot assistant—it’s not just a gimmick; the food actually comes out steaming hot and lightning fast! Friendly staff and a very cool, clean atmosphere. 10/10 recommend.

The food was AMAZING, really wish they had a location in my home town, I’d be there ALL the time!!!! Wonderful service and very accommodating!!! Manager Gavin is fantastic as well as the as the other staff!!!
Got the Miso Ramen and they specially steamed my gyoza!!! Wish I’d taken a picture of it before I devoured it!!!!

Service was so good, and the manager Gavin was seriously the coolest and had trucks for us 🙂
The food was absolutely incredible, everything we tried we just loved!!! This is fine dining, but at a reasonable price, and there is a really good salad bar.
Would definitely come back, 10 out of 10. Next time were in Tahoe were coming back here 🙂

the best beef noodle soup you’ll find! The broth is flavorful and rich, the atmosphere /service are excellent.

We saw this place driving home from running errands and decided to check it out. Service was friendly and efficient. Our waiter was helpful with suggestions and took the time to hang out a bit and share what’s up with the new restaurant. Everything we ordered (yellow curry, coco shrimp appie, and tom yum ramen) was great. Fresh and flavorful. The Tom-Yum is a weird fusion moment that works really, really well. Definitely looking forward to having it again, but also to check out the other items on the menu. It was nice to try something new and walk away super happy about it.

It was a very bad experience, just because of the service. It seems that their waiters don’t know what they are doing. Our waiter was a tall, Latino young man who was apparently more aware of his big tables than of everyone else. We arrived 5:35, we were seated immediately, our waiter took 20 minutes just to let us order the drinks and appetizers . The food came out pretty quickly but the most impressive thing was that we ordered our food 1 hour later because the waiter never checked us, he was never aware of us, it was a disaster really. When we received the food everything was fine for a while, until I found a giant hair in my ramen. Very nasty. We tried to raise our hands and make eye contact with the waiter but never appeared at our table, instead we had to talk to the manager, who offered me another dish, he was very respectful and kind. Thanks to the manager really. We never saw our waiters again, we had to call another waiter and tell him that we needed our bill and he very kindly helped us pay. On the way out we meet our waiter and he doesn’t even apologize for what happened. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, because it was so disrespectful. The food was pretty good, but the service is the worse It must be said that we ended up leaving there at 8:15 p.m. Nearly three hours later. We even went to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and we have to leave because nobody cares about anything
