My wife and I stopped by Rightous Que for the first time. You come in the restaurant and go to the counter to place your order. Once you place your order they give you a number and now you choose where to sit. In less than 10 minutes our food was at our table. My wife and I were both very surprised by how much we liked our food. I even told the young lady at the counter how impressed we were with the staff and the food. My real score is 4.8

Wife and I stopped by to try the cue and were not disappointed. We both tried the “2 Meat Plate”; both plates included brisket and pulled pork. I had cole slaw and baked beans while she sampled the potato salad and mac & cheese.
The meat selections were great! The proteins were tender and flavorful. The sides have a mixed review. The mac & cheese was delicious! The cole slaw was a bit dry and lacked flavor. The baked beans had a flavor akin to ketchup instead of bbq sauce. The potato salad tasted very good; the texture could be less chunky.

The food is fine but the portions are a complete joke. We ordered the “kitchen sink”. There was almost no meat. We got ONE piece of brisket and four tiny thinly sliced pieces of chicken… and this meal was $70. The picture also shows five types of meat. We got four. I feel like we deserve a refund. Definitely not enough for five people. This is for three people max. We won’t go here again.
UPDATE: The manager responded to this google review asking I contact him. The same day, I sent him an email. It’s been weeks now and radio silence. Clearly, the response on google reviews was just so they wouldn’t look bad. No genuine effort to correct any issues.

Righteous ‘Que absolutely lives up to its name! The pulled pork barbecue sandwich with their sweet sauce was outstanding — so flavorful, juicy, and perfectly served on a soft, delicious bun. The macaroni and cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had — rich, creamy, and full of flavor. My mom really enjoyed her sandwich paired with the fresh, crisp cole slaw. The staff were all extremely friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was quick and efficient. We’ll definitely be back soon to try the brisket and ribs! Highly recommended!!

The lean brisket was good. The brisket had a good flavor and they made the cut lean. The portion size was just right for the brisket. The fried okra was just the right portion. The potato salad was somewhat of a large portion. The okra tasted wonderful. The okra was crispy and had a little bit of pepper mixed in the batter. The potato salad was good it was creamy but also had pieces of potato chunks in. I wasn’t very fond of the diced red onions in it. The price was pretty reasonable between 10 and 20 dollars. When I went in the middle of the day on a weekday. The atmosphere was quiet. The TV’s had sports on them but they were turned down. Mostly football. I received very good service. A very kind young man took my order and brought the food to my table. My overall experience was very good. I would go back and eat there again.

I ordered the chicken plate with 2 sides. I got the medium plate which is 6 oz of chicken. The amount of chicken was so small, literally 5 slices of chicken. I am very confident the baked beans and green beans came out of a can and they just added pepper. They were small too, 3-4 forks scoops and i was done. This felt like a leftover next day lunch meal that I paid $19 for.

The staff is kind and the restaurant is very clean atmosphere is nice. I believe they also have tables outside. We got brisket plates. The brisket is VERY VERY good. The potato salad is good also. Not so much a fan of the other sides we got.
For the price it could have been better but the staff was excellent!

Well, the barbecue actually is pretty good. But I don’t know something about the size of this “Texas toast” and I put that in quotes amused me. It’s like somebody took a piece of sunbeam bread and sat on it.

I’ve had the pork and the brisket, both were outstanding. Beautiful smoke ring on the brisket. It’s a tad pricey, to me, $16 for a sandwich and a side, but definitely not outrageous considering all you get. You get what you pay for here because the sandwich was Delicious! Also why they get 5 stars to me, you can buy your meats by the pound! I usually get sandwiches with sides but my mates bought 1 lb Brisket each, served with Texas toast and it was about the same price as my whole meal but they have at least 2 more sandwiches with their leftovers! They’re in an area where there are many Great BBQ spots near by, but this place Crushes it with the Basics! Always packed at lunch but move you thru fast. Very friendly and Courteous staff. New lay out and much bigger dinning area since i was here last here (might have even moved a couple doors down). I will be back for sure, 5 Stars!

I usually snap a photo before digging in, but not this time—the brisket was that good. Juicy, tender, and sliced straight off the slab, it melted in my mouth before I even thought about my camera. The barbecue sandwich with their sweet sauce is phenomenal—simple, flavorful, and exactly what you’d want from a proper Southern BBQ joint.
The house-made chips surprised me with a little kick. Perfectly crunchy with just the right spice—definitely not your average side. And while most folks don’t talk much about green beans, I do. These had a bold peppery finish and were cooked perfectly tender. Loved them.
On top of all that: spotless dining area, clean bathrooms, and genuinely kind staff. Righteous ‘Que nails it across the board. Highly recommend.
