Over the handful of times I came here, every single time I had to wait 30 minutes for the food. The food is pretty good but it is not good enough for me to wait so long every time. Because of this, I have not gone here for a while. You can go to a faster pho or ramen restaurant if you crave noodles.
My husband’s pork belly in his soup was slimmie and nasty
My pork belly was thin sliced and kinda dry, my chicken looked like they took it off a rotisserie chicken
The last four times I’ve ordered here they have messed up my order. I’ve had to wait over half an hour each time to actually receive my food and never once did anyone apologize. Just today I asked them to correct my order because they used rice noodles instead of egg noodles and they didn’t give me extra tofu. That must have annoyed them because when I got home and opened my bowl they had taken out almost all the veggies and gave me half as many noodles as are normally in it. They charged me $20 for this. Never going back again.
We ordered pho, zen ramen, Thai green curry and fried chicken wings.
Everything was delicious.
Service was poor.
Ordered:
-Fried Spring Rolls (Chicken) – Not bad, chicken is minced and hard to differentiate from the veggies in it.
-Spicy beef noodle soup – Wasn’t spicy and soup barely had any taste. I was looking forward to the lemongrass and chili paste flavor.
-Kids Pho’s (One Chicken/ One Beef) – Wasn’t anything to write home about.
What made our service poor was the following.
Our server never checked on us. I had to get his attention multiple times (Napkins, water, additional items we wanted to order) while he was behind the counter. I had asked him for some napkins for some water we spilled and used but he never gave us any napkins when he served us our meal. I waited a few minutes in case he was coming back with them before I asked. Then I realized my kids didn’t have soup spoons, which I just asked another server that happened to be walking by for them. Mind you we ordered three soup entrees.
