I went to Dairy Queen specifically for ice cream… only to be told the ice cream machine was shut down an hour before closing. I’m sorry, what? You are literally Dairy Queen. Turning off the ice cream machine early defeats the entire purpose of staying open. If you close at 10, the ice cream should be available until 10. Super disappointing experience and a waste of a trip. Do better.

It was my first time to go to Dairy Queen in many years. Everything was clean and lovely. The speaker was a little hard to hear the guy but he repeated everything when I asked him to repeat. The food was perfectly delicious and the little Sundays were perfect.

Probably one of the worst Dairy Queen’s I have ever been to but it is close to me so I come every few weeks. Workers act like zombies that have no interest in anything going on around them (including customers). Food quality is standard for what you can expect at any other Dairy Queen. Wait times for food is always a little too long and there was a time I could see my food sitting on their back counter ready to go, but after waiting for like 5 mins I had to go ask for it, even though it was all done and ready to be taken to our table. Overall this place is a few new hires and a energetic and enthusiastic manager away from being a pleasant place to be.

We tried the Backyard Bacon Ranch burger and Flamethrower today. Both of them were delicious. The Flamethrower was so spicy it gave me the hiccups.
The restroom and entire lobby were spotless. There was even a nifty foot handle to leave the restroom.
Wonderful, friendly staff. We can’t wait to visit again!

I literally just had to sign into my google account to make this review. (I’m not the review type and this is my first review so props for that but this is the worse experience that I’ve ever had.)I never, and I mean EVER in my life have had such a cold burger, like it had been sitting for a good 30 minutes and for some reason… the cheese… is cold, not melted, the bacon? I’m not to sure it’s even been cooked. We waited for a good 45 minutes. What is going on guys? Do better.

I’ve been to this location a few times! It seems they are always understaffed. We went recently because they are promoting their app and doing 85¢ small blizzards. It was packed but not terrible to be seated after you order. The tables were pretty dirty they had no one keeping the tables clean.staff is mostly highschool and then are not very warm and friendly. Hopefully in the future train them better. I give it an average review because of the lack of cleanliness and the poor service. Hope they improve those things. If anything changes in my next visit I’d gladly change my review.

Great first time experience here upon being served by Seren. He was polite, attentive, and greeted us with a warm smile on his face!
Got the 4 piece chicken in a basket, BBQ ranch burger , and also got the flame burger as well. All were tasty! Of course also ordered the blizzards and our fav one is the Oreo Hot Cocoa – it’s a family fav!!

This experience was okay. The lady at the desk looked like she didn’t want to be there at all, like she was ready to be done. She served me, but a manager had to be called because she was a little confused about a deal that was being offered.
Anyways, the food was good, I got an Oreo Brownie Medium blizzard, which ended up being around $6. Kinda crazy since I remember the LARGE blizzards being around $5 back in the day.
I also got some cheese curds for my friend, then he paid me back.
Some tables were a little messy but not much. The lady serving me forgot my receipt AND gave the cheese curds to someone else, before I mentioned it. So… a little disappointed by the service.

The lobby was clean and the staff was very friendly. Ben was our server and he was wonderful. The ice cream blizzards are always a favorite. I got the new Snickers flavor. The restrooms were also clean. And the store is handicap accessible if needed.
