This was an absolute nightmare. It was the first time ordering at this place and the lady who took the order acted like she knew everything but at the same time didn’t have a clue about the food they serve there. She gave us an attitude saying she was the one who bagged it and that we were wrong about our order being messed up until she looked at it herself. Our whole order was messed up, we were missing items, and the okra there was overdone. We also drove a half an hour away just to get this food and wasted our time. This was sometime last year but I still want people to be aware of what has gone on here and hope it isn’t still happening.

This is our second time at this location. Our first time was about a year ago and it was not a good experience at all. We decided to give them a second try since it had been so long and let me tell you I can see the improvements. We had Delmar help us inside the store today 12/19/25 around 11am and he was so nice and helpful he made sure to take time for all our questions and then had a nice conversation with us while we waited and somehow was still getting stuff together for other customers. He was very good at multitasking with a smile on his face.The food was all very fresh and not greasy at all like it was the first time we went. The parking lot also finally got fixed which is nice for my suspension system it was a pain last year with all the pot holes. All in all it was a good experience though they could use some repairs in the store you can definitely tell they are making changes.

This was like weird. I left my house because I wanted chicken wings yesterday. Other than that I could’ve stayed inside, but I finally made it to churches and so I’m looking at the menu because I don’t think I’ve ever eaten churches before unless someone else bought it… ♀️ I said I want that. It said 12 wings for 699 on the menu, And they’re like we don’t have that… so I’m like what about that?? we don’t have that… so I’m like OK well, what do you have?????? and they standing there and there’s like two piles of chicken back there and I’m like I just wanna get some chicken and go home, give me three pieces of that just give me three pieces of that right there, And this is what I got… ↔️ next time I will definitely check my box and ask for different pieces, but you know whatever.

Attempted to go through the drive thru. Usually someone says to please wait or can they take your order. Nothing. Not one word. Pulled around to the window. Nothing. Decided to park and just go in since the drive thru line had grown and hadn’t moved. Got the 8 piece meal – 8 pieces of chicken, large side, and 4 biscuits. Why is it $10 more for the side and biscuits? Also got chicken tenders. Not much chicken underneath the breading. Food was good but disappointed in the whole experience.

I’m going to review this place, the building appears the remnants of an old Wendy’s or something. Nothing about the place appears to have changed since it was built. The facilities do need a makeover. But that costs money and money is a luxury these days. The service was deplorable. No sign indicating the doors were locked, and a man signaling to use the drive through which was already backed up. It took 20 minutes for 4 cars, another 7 or so to order and 10 minutes to the window. I thought I got a fair deal out of it. It is what it is, I may find myself back there. Its not that bad if they would get it together.

Don’t go here unless you have at least 20 minutes to wait on your food. The food is great, but the wait time and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m sitting here in the parking lot now, and it’s going on 22 minutes since the guy asked me to pull off to the side. If I didn’t spend $50, I would’ve just left. The guy who rang me up was very unprofessional, and didn’t say one word. Hi, thank you, nothing. Definitely will be my last time coming here, and I’ll make sure to tell everyone else not to go there as well.

First and last time ever going to church’s. They didn’t have ANYTHING we wanted to order. Finally got something and got home to eat it and they didn’t give us spicy chicken for our orders they gave us regular chicken. And everything had an after taste. Everyone that worked there was so nice but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they didn’t have anything on the menu and messed up our food.

As a secret shopper they failed. The inside was closed, they made the people walking go thru the drive through line on foot. This is unacceptable and they need to get it together. I was so disappointed. They had 4 cars in (including us) waiting in the line just for us to notice they let people walk up to the window and they get served before us

If I could rate them zero stars I would. Food was nasty, chicken was old and hard, their customer service was horrible. I would rather travel back to Georgia for a good meal and customer service from this food chain. I will never return here! Waited about 15-20 minutes for my order and they didn’t have any bit of courteousness for the wait. Forgot to mention I guess their speaker didn’t work so we sat their for a few minutes trying to order before they even came over the speaker.

Employees are rude, they don’t treat customers politely or fairly.They also refuse to give receipts when they know they did you wrong. The woman working at 1:50 pm 11/30/25 purposly picked out the smallest oldest chicken strips, my biscuit looked like it was bitten already, not even half full potatoe side, and I was up charged for a drink that comes with the combo. She wouldn’t even look at me the whole time and had a horrible attitude for customer service.
