In the year of 2026, where you can find tasty food with freshly cooked, unprocessed gradients for the price of $6 is absolutely amazing. I’d eat here every day if I live nearby. The portion is large too, I already ate half of it.

Finding Asian food is probably easy, but Asian and authentic and good is not as easy, finding Authentic Asian food that is good with good ambiance is harder, on top of that it’s less than $6 per entree, is UN-HEARD off. This place ticked off all the above and its located at the most beautiful building in Cleveland, OH, The Arcade. It’s in the food court. You can bring your food and eat by the railing overlook the beautiful building interior.

Wow what an awesome & affordable Asian food place. Menu is small but dynamic. Everything is made fresh. Make sure you bring cash (no credit cards accepted). The owner is super nice and was patient with me, as I had no idea what to order. I highly recommend the broccoli chicken. Choice of brown, white or fried rice. Can also choose 3 different type of noodles instead. No reason why not give it a try.

Been here since 1997 for a reason. A true hidden gem of Cleveland tucked away in the Historic Arcade. The couple that runs Zen Cuisine are lovely. They will talk about their history at this location and how it’s changed which is interesting. They offer a rotating menu of Asian food at a great price point.

Great, quality food! Consistently excellent customer service. Simple menu but the food comes out quick, hot, and delicious. The value of a double meat meal with a drink is unbeatable for the downtown area. Weekly staple for lunch during the work week.

This is my go-to lunch spot. It is insanely fast and cheap, and you get a generous and healthy portion of mainly veggies and rice. The service is incredibly courteous. Be aware that it is cash only and on the lower level of the Arcade on the Euclid side.

When in downtown Cleveland, this hidden gem in the historic Arcade mall is the place to go for a quick, inexpensive, healthful meal. The man who runs the counter is friendly, talkative, and helpful. Off menu dishes are available: I had a scrimp and vegetable noodle dish that was not on the menu. Cash only and the meals are under ten dollars such that the cash only requirement should not be an issue for most people. The place is tucked away toward the back of the ground floor.
When I went the mall was almost barren of people which is unfortunate as The Arcade is a restored cultural relic from yesteryear and well-maintained. Many spaces for restaurants in the food court are vacate, perhaps due to the work- from-home trend. Thankfully this delightful spot remains.
