This location is severely understaffed. The 2 people that they had running food and drinks were pleasant. We arrived at 6:30pm with our 2 kids for dinner. We weren’t greeted for about 20+ minutes and seated ourselves at one of the dirty picnic tables outside. Watch out you’ll get a splinter in your leg if you scoot on the bench. We ordered food and drinks from the QR code, which is fine but it took about 35 minutes for our drinks. The sever was surprised when we didn’t have our beers. We wanted chicken wings but were told they sold out. The salad came out fast and was delicious minus the old salami. We received the pizza at 7:50pm over an hour after ordering it. The table behind us left without eating because the food took so long to arrive. We ended up taking our pizza Togo because our kids were tired and hungry. Come on Zeeks you can do better!!

It was decently busy, and I took that into account, but I was left disappointed with the experience. Slow service, took a long time just to get drinks, and then a longer time to get our salad. That was fine, but they messed up our order. That wouldn’t be a big deal either but when servers refuse to write down your (simple) order and then mess it up it’s mildly annoying. Because the service was so slow they never did bring the item missing from our order. The wait was so long that we said never mind and asked for the check. When we got the bill (it was on a little electronic device) it didn’t show each item’s cost, just the total amount of the bill. Something didn’t look right, so I went up to our server and asked for an itemized receipt. After another wait and a small sense of irritation from the server we got our bill showing the cost of each item. Lo and behold the new paper bill was 15% lower than the amount they originally tried to charge us. Just frustrating. At least the food was pretty good, but not worth the wait or hassle with the bill.

Great addition to the neighborhood. Excellent beer selection, pizza is on point and fresh ingredients. The staff are wonderful, Isabelle (sp) was so kind and courteous. Love the mobile ordering QR code, streamlined the ordering process. The large booths along with outdoor seating make this place easy for larger groups (added bonus the garage doors open for airflow). If you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a place to go, stop here!

Thanks to Jillian, Marissa and the crew at Zeeks Terrace Station for being an excellent host for our post-tournament/family reunion party on Saturday. The food was great, the service was impeccable and the entire event was a tremendous success. If you need a place for a social gathering, you cannot miss with Zeeks Terrace Station. Run, do not walk to book your reservation this summer. You will not be disappointed.

Pizza and breadsticks were both delicious and the beer selection was impressive! You place your order online via QR code, but the staff provided good service and would check in regularly. Excited to have a Zeeks closer to Shoreline.
