Food is good and the staff is nice but at times no one pays attention. My order number came up of course I shouldn’t have assumed it was the right one but I did anyways. Took my order to go and I left once I got home the order was completely wrong . Also, when I was waiting for my food two guys were arguing because of their food and the staff gave the guys the wrong order . I know it’s hard working at a fast food joint but sometimes got to get it together .

Bought a Philly cheese steak in a size regular after I ate it my stomach started to hurt me. This place gave me the worst belly pains and diarrhea I have ever experience in my life. Never again will I eat at this establishment. Staff was friendly, everything else sucks.

As vendor that services several stops at Tanger Outlet, Charley’s Cheesesteaks is my go to place to eat. Michael the chef makes an awesome Philly Cheesesteak, just needed to give kudos where it’s due!! I’ve tried other food stops at Tanger but Charley’s is definitely a huge upgrade compared to everything else at Tanger. Good job!!!

i usually go here during my break and the staff is rly friendly. But today the service was horrible the girl that was taking my order did it wrong i order gourmet fries i got regular fries and my sandwich was not what i ordered as well. She was really rude i also ordered a lemonade but she forgot to gave me it when my food was ready I kindly asked for my drink she gave me wrong size and an attitude. never coming here ever again I dont recommend the one in deer park

The service given during my visit was horrible once again. When asking for help with the app to use a coupon the cashier Rolando replied with OMG. When helping didn’t have no clue about the app and was extremely unprofessional. More training MUCH NEEDED!
