WOW! A gem of a place across the street from Royal Moore Toyota. One of the best if not the best burritos & tacos I’ve had since living in Oregon. It’s very hard to find Mexican food that’s comparable to the food my mother, family members & I make that originates from Jalisco. I got chorizo, barbacoa & carne asada as my meat selections in my tacos & burrito. Absolutely fabulous 10/10. The burritos are an astronomical size with plenty of protein, avocado, rice, beans, fajitas, sour cream, pico de gallo etc. You truly get your moneys worth. They don’t skimp on their salsas (green, red, habanero & avocado) or lime wedges. I’ll be coming here for now on and recommending family & friends. 100% worth it. Support small family owned business that’s serving the public delicious quality Mexican food. I got the 14” fajita supreme burrito with carne asada & barbacoa. Tacos come with lime wedges & sliced radish. They’re not stingy with their lime wedges or salsas as long as you ask

The food was alright. I would probably give it a 2.5 stars if that was available. I ordered an asada burrito. It had a lot of rice and beans and not much unique flavor. I wasn’t a fan of the red salsa. The asada was poor quality. I got a lot of gristle with mine.

I’m coming back. This was so good. Priced fairly. The service was IMMACULATE; so friendly and nice. The food all tasted fresh and piping hot. The serving sizes were what you’d want and expected. Pricing felt fair. If you want to stop somewhere quick on TV highway for some Mexican food, so far this will be my recommendation.

Amazing tacos! The search is over. These are the best. The queso barilla tacos left me speechless. Which is weird because I usually have a lot to say about tacos. The taco angels live between the soft inner tortilla and the crispy outer tortilla. Simply amazing. Go now!

Wanted to try a new taco place and found this one and glad I did. I had a total of six tacos, two carne asada, two barbacoa and two carnitas plus a horchata. The meat was very flavorful and tender and there was just the right amount of onions and Cilantro. The salsas I had were the verde and the guacamole salsa.

Delicious, will return. Got the burrito supreme, tacos aztecas (=with cactus), and barbacoa cheese taco dorado (possibly my favorite but hard choice). Meats we tried: asada, adobada, pollo, barbacoa. Wonderful friendly service.

Me and my family eat at all the taco trucks down TV hwy. Today was my first, but definitely not last visit to Tacontento! Ordered some barbacoa, asada, carnitas, lengua, and adobada tacos (azteca style with grilled cactus and onion!), and a barbacoa burrito supreme. Every meat was tender and flavorful, tortillas soft and just the right thickness, avacado and habanero salsas excellent. But the star of the show was hands down the barbacoa taco…two tortilla shells, the outside one dipped in the grease from the barbacoa meat and quick fried, and melted cheese nestled between the shells. I’ll now be counting down the days till I can order them again, this time azteca with extra avacado salsa and a store visit for a big bottle of Victoria to enjoy them with. Highly recommended.
