Great Cambodian food. We had beef stew noodles with bread and beef loc lac. They are both delicious! The beef stew is definitely a must try and the bread is baked to perfection! The beef loc lac portion is on the smaller side. The server asked if i wanted white rice or fried rice. I asked if half of each is an option and it came as such but they charged me $2 more for it without informing me that there will be extra charge. The fried rice is more like rice fried with garlic, very flavorful. They served pandan tea which is amazing!

This is my first visit to the restaurant. I ordered the special noodle soup which turned out to be extremely flavorful and delicious. The owner and her son provided exceptional service being very friendly and helpful. The food reminded me of home cooking and brought back fond memories.

This is the most unassuming restaurant I have ever been to. Once you’re inside, you are family. It is almost like someone opened up their kitchen and living room, set up some tables and chairs, TV is blaring in the back, and someone cooks up some food for you. The hospitality cannot be beat. They will make sure you have everything you need and take good care of you. The food is amazing. So comforting and delicious. Even their regular hot tea is ridiculously good. It is special and glorious. Keep in mind that it is Cash Only. We will be back for sure.

Wow, pleasantly surprised at this little hole in the wall, AKA a gem! The food was delicious; we all had pho, it warmed our souls! The staff was friendly and served us well. Plenty of seats and room for everyone. Make sure you check this place out. You won’t regret it.

UNBELIEVABLY good food in a hole-in-the-wall-type spot. Standouts were the stuffed chicken wings and the spicy beef sausage, as well as the beef stew with bread. Service was really sweet and friendly too. And the prices are super reasonable! One of my favorite places I’ve eaten this year.

You know that feeling when you’re playing a video game and you stumble into a secret area? Yeah that’s Le Petit Cafe in real life.

Tucked into a subterranean office complex in Lowell, LPC has temple like tranquility when you enter. As you walk in I saw small tv by the kitchen playing the episodes of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. There are plenty of folks from the community of all different ages having their meals and catching up in low volume conversations. This was truly a well known secret of the neighborhood.

All of the food is prepared in a small kitchen by an energetic grandma and it that looks like it was somehow transported directly from your favorite grandmas house. Our lovely server carried her newborn baby around when she would visit the tables was so kind and welcoming. This is the kind of true authentic and warm hospitality we all yearn for.

When it comes to the food, I really don’t have the words to describe how good and healing this food is. I’m not an expert when it comes to Cambodian food, but I do love everything I’ve had so far.

A few noteable stand outs:

– the grilled stuffed chicken wings with lemongrass over white rice…. Simply divine. Deboning, stuffing, and grilling each wing to order is a true labor of love that tastes like heaven.

– sandwiches / buttered bread…. Trust me this isn’t no western restaurant bread and butter service. The bread is a flakey baguette toasted and rubbed with butter on the inside and some other delicious sauce on the outside. This is a must especially if you ordered served with the beef soup .

– noodles, soups, rice porridges … basically everything on the menu is outstanding.

This place is the true meaning of a gem and deserves your business.

I had my doubts even going into this restaurant. It’s a hole in the wall. However, to my other surprise the staff were the friendliest people I have met in my life. Never mind the food it was just Divine
My friend suggested that I have to try the wings. I am so glad I have never had anything that delicious before the soup. Just amazing. It’s like a symphony of taste all together making the most harmonic music

I have been coming here since I was a kid in diapers! It is such a community, family oriented place. After moving away, when I come back to Lowell, I find myself stopping by here multiple times when I am on vacation. This is a no frills eatery and the food is as good as I remember it to be, not to mention affordable.
