Had to leave a review just for the two very nice ladies that works the night shift. We love Zaxbys, so we did an online order. They had closed for the dine in, but still was so nice, made us fresh food, and even brought it out. Everything was fresh, neatly packed, she didn’t forget anything. Just not used to this type of service from a fast food, so really appreciate them! Will always be back here! Highly recommend the lemon pepper strips!

Finger food w/o napkins is crazy work. Had to go ask for napkins halfway thru, after realizing we didn’t have any.
If you ask too many questions about the sauces, I think the workers get confused and bring bring naked wings and the 1st sauce you asked about. Not a fan of naked wings. Or sending food back.
And I really should have sent the wings back. The wings were overcooked, really crispy on the outside, but really mushy on the inside. Like mashed potatoes or baby food mushy. Ok, not exactly, I mean I still needed teeth, but barely.
2nd time eating here, will maybe stick to boneless options or skip altogether next time passing thru.

First time trying this location and I will definitely be back! Patricia got my order in the drive thru and was extremely patient and kind with deciding what we wanted since I had a little one who took a minute to decide. Allie at the window was extremely nice and made sure I had all the sauces and items I needed before sending me on my way. Service was quick and accurate with little wait time for extremely fresh food. So happy to have a new fast food restaurant. Way to go Zaxbys Oak Grove for your awesome service and food!

As for the food: I had 10 traditional wings. Real wings with bones, not some mystery meat that merely tastes like chicken. But here’s the thing… $17 for 10 wings at a fast food spot? $17 just for wings?
Let me tell you something—if you order that at a bar, they’ll bring it to your table, and you’ll get celery, carrots, and dipping sauce included. In my humble opinion, that’s the definition of a ripoff.
And the wings themselves? Well… they were cooked. That’s about all I can say. Nothing memorable.
So if you’re craving wings, do yourself a favor: search around and head to the nearest bar. You’ll probably pay less—or at least get a full experience.
And just to be clear, this has nothing to do with the staff here. They’re great—professional and genuinely nice.

ugh i love this location!! such good food such good service and most of all spotless dishes! not a smudge on a fork plate or cup! almost like it’s professionally polished so clean can’t get over it. there was this white sticky substance on the bottom of the plate but that’s not where i’m eating off of! however i did lick it and it was sour and salty so i don’t recommend licking the bottom of your plate!

I was truly astonished just by the pure vibes of this zaxbys location, the chicken tendys I got were so good I would endure a diddy party twice as a sub bottom. The breading was truly ethereal I felt like I was transcending into the 5th dimension. I would deplete my kids college fund and spend my mortgage on those chicken tendys every day that ends in Y. Please keep up the good work yall are truly pioneers in the chicken business trailblazing a path of greatness!

Bathroom was clean, the drink station was stocked and clean. The person taking my order was polite and got my order correct. The dining area was clean. I did have to wait a bit for my food but when it came out it was hot and fresh so I honestly never mind waiting a little bit as long as it fresh like that. I have been here a few times now and haven’t had a bad experience. I will be back and I would recommend this business to others.

Love me some zaxbys. Its great to see more popping up so close to Kansas City!! They easily have better chicken than Chick-fil-A and yet they still have Mc Donald’s prices!!!
