We visited this location after a terrible snow storm that made road travel next to impossible. We were surprised that the location was even open. Much to our delight, the staff was attentive, friendly, efficient, quick, and extremely helpful. Our food was hot, fresh & delicious. The girl at the front counter helped me with my hot wing order. I got the lemon pepper dusted wings w/ a side of Buffalo sauce. My hubby ordered the large Zaxby box with fries & bread. The only complaint is that the owner of this location should have done a better job of clearing the parking lot of snow and ice. It was dangerous walking in the parking lot! The staff & customers deserved better access.

This was the first time me and my son have gone out and had father and son time together somewhere. He is only 10 months old and I felt super blessed to go to this Zaxbys location (Marlin Drive in Greenwood, IN) and have everyone be so polite to us and smile and say hi to him. Corporate should be very happy to have such a nice team of people working there!

Haven’t tried one of their salads until today. It was huge! Had the blackened filet and the chicken was good and pretty moist. Unfortunately I forgot to ask to leave off the fried onions. Ordered with blue cheese dressing which was pretty good. couldn’t finish the whole thing because it was so huge but it was pretty tasty

Oh my goodness, ugh! This rating is solely due to the poor customer service I personally witnessed this afternoon, Aug. 1st.
There were three occupied tables in the dining room, who all had been mopped into their seats, so to speak. With three people seated being elderly.
A lady and gentleman were explaining how this was a safety issue and the employee up front argued with them. Stating over and over that they must mop the establishment daily, and at 3 p.m. it was only 2:30 when that was said… the employee remained argumentative until their conversation escalated to the point that an older gentleman at a table of five piped in as well while his table was now currently being mopped in, too..
The floors truly were soaked, I actually slipped myself, so I totally understood their concern, especially with the business not bothering to even put out a wet floor sign..
I have never seen such behavior before.. and with the restaurant employees blatant disregard for their customer’s safety, I decided this wasn’t the place for me. I will Not return to this location, and I would not recommend this place. Well, not this particular location anyway.

Had a loaded fry meal and it was amazing order two tenders on the side got the smallest under developed pieces that came off a chicken…. felt robbed felt like that chicken could’ve had a better life

Zaxby’s has Great Chicken fingers! Too bad the meal we got here had lukewarm chicken fingers and cold fries. (Which the server replaced when I returned them to the counter). Atmosphere is rather cold and unwelcoming. Advertising/ writing on wall suffices for decoration – Ugh!
