The Melting Pot was a fun experience for a date night on vacation. We did the cheddar fondue for the cheese dip, the Coq au Vin pot for our dinner, and milk chocolate fondue for dessert. Our waiter was great and helped explain everything to us. The only hiccup we had was the timer app on the safari browser was glitching and my boyfriend overcooked most of his meats. Also because of the price, this is definitely a once in a while place, but worth the fun time we had.

My fiancée brought me here for our anniversary, we were walked to a private table with rose petals and a candle! Our server (Austin) was so nice and helpful and silly! The food was amazing as well ! We had a great experience overall but we definitely had the best server!

We came to Melting Pot from Fayetteville to celebrate valentine’s day. Our server was great, she was very knowledgeable, explained how everything worked, very friendly. The downside was my husband had paid extra for a flower arrangement for the table. When we arrived there were no flowers and he had to go speak to the hostess to get them to bring everything out. He was very disappointed because he was looking forward to that presentation for me. As for the food, the cheese was the best part. Very flavorful and super tasty. The entree however, was definitely lacking flavor. There were several dipping sauces but even the sauces were lackluster. Ultimately the ambiance of the restaurant was nice but the food and the mistake on presentation was all around disappointing.

The fondue courses are well paced, the ingredients are fresh, and everything feels interactive without being overwhelming. From the cheese and salads to the entrées and chocolate fondue, it’s consistently delicious.

Came for my wife’s birthday, and they immediately started off with a 5 star rating. How this came about was, they called to see if anyone had any allergies. That set the bar. I’ve eaten a lot places in a lot cities across the country. This was the first place that ever contacted us to ask that.
The meal consisted of 4 courses. I’ll tell you, it seemed like it was measured proportional to what people should eat. By the time you were done, I wasn’t hungry. The food was exceptionally excellent. Yes you read that right. Exceptionally excellent. The waitress was phenomenal!! We were so impressed, we’re coming back for our anniversary in about two weeks and already have it scheduled!

I cannot express how great of an experience the Melting Pot was on Valentine’s! My wife and I have been a few times before, first time reviewing. This place is expensive, but worth the money for a good time and a goody bag to take home. 4 courses, all delicious! Ask for Silvana as a waitress if you can, she’s friendly, funny, and attentive! Also a very nice bathroom, despite being a little small.

I used to love The Melting Pot. My boyfriend made a reservation weeks ago for Valentine’s Day ahead of time. Today, they cancelled his reservation and asked him to pay a $170 deposit to keep it. The whole time, before he’s paid, they’ve started selling our reservation time slot again. Someone could’ve reserved it out from under us. We’ll be eating somewhere else. If you want people to pay for a reservation for a specific date, let them know *when they make the reservation.* Not several weeks after the fact
