Went here tonight and had a long wait in the drive thru. Finally got my order and it was a hot mess. Fries laying all in the coleslaw. Toast looks like it fell on the floor, picked up and just thrown on the plate. Chicken was dry . Fries was broken into pieces. I’m so done with this place

I am a General Manager and have been working in the food industry for over 6 years and I have never witnessed anything like I have tonight. The manager or shift leader on duty did not have any business disrespecting her team member. I understand a fast food job can be stressful but if you can not handle it then choose another job. I am pretty sure you guys are not paying anyone to be belittled or disrespected! It is 2023 and there was not any type of customer service from the person that supposedly was in charge. Hospitality’s was not even an option and I truly feel sorry for the child that was being disrespected. She yelled and called her out of her name which is inappropriate. I will never return or recommend anyone. People or Pride is what your all should be practicing

Food was good but the service ensured I won’t be back to this location with my family. We had kennedi at the front counter and let me tell you.. she is rude as can be. If I was her boss, she’d be out the door before the pen could hit the floor. And I have a good feeling it is race related as she was cutting it up with half of the other people in there.

I order a wings and things and also boneless wings combo .. the wings on the wings and thing were absolutely cold and old !! I didn’t even have enough fries i had be three four fries on my plate !! My fries was old on the boneless combo !!The customer service was good but the food was terrible.
