Took my family of 5 on a Thursday night. We placed our order and after 30 minutes our name was called. My daughter wanted loaded fries with no bacon. It came with bacon. I asked the lady on the counter to fix it. The fries I got back only had cheese on them. No chicken or sauce. I took it back and after 15 minutes our it was corrected. 3 of the 5 orders were wrong. Employees were rude and acted as if I was bothering them when I asked to fix my orders. There was weed smell coming from kitchen. I will never take my family to this restaurant again. I should have took a hint when there were no cars in the parking lot and canes across the street was packed. I would give 0 stars but it wasn’t an option. Please learn from my mistake and drive to another location or go across the street. This place is poorly managed and the staff is rude and lazy.

I visited on Veterans Day to get free Signature Chicken Sandwich. Veteran’s were required to download app and then have coupon scanned. This is a bit much especially for older Veterans who really don’t get into apps etc. I had trouble pulling up coupon and the young lady who assisted also couldn’t find it to download. It didn’t appear in my app. The general manager (Lynn) stated that this had been an issue all day and she had to comp the sandwich.
The service was impeccable as Fara and Kennedy were awesome. They greeted everyone with a smile and were extremely friendly and helpful. This is what you call excellent customer service!!!!
The atmosphere is great! It’s very cozy; nice and clean. It seems it must be u see new management because the last I visited, which has been awhile, the dining area wasn’t very neat and clean. It seems Lynn is also doing a wonderful job and should be commended.
I really enjoyed my visit and highly recommended this location. Oh, and all the food taste great!!!

TRASH!!!! Employees rude in the drive through. Wanted to order a shake but I was told they weren’t making ice cream no more tonight. Pull up to the window and I see the guy who took my order proceeds to make some kind of ice cream at the mixer with whip cream, cherry and some kind of crumbs. I asked the lady who took my card what was the cut off time because I wanted a shake. She replied “you can pay for one”. I politely stated I have no problem paying for anything, it’s just that I was told there was no more ice cream making tonight and I see him clearly making a fresh cup of ice cream. The lady literally close the window and walks off. I know how customer service can get so I don’t get rude with anyone but this was horrible!!! Will not return to this location.

Food is good but costumer service needs work, real bad, I get if you cant help a costumer because your doing other things but dont say “sorry I cant help you” get someone who can help me, dont say I cant help and walk off and the people who taking the orders have attitudes, if you did not want to come to work today than you shouldn’t have came.

Sitting in the parking lot of the new location in Gluckstadt I did an online order and it somehow went to the Grandview location, noticed that about 5 mins after the order so I called them to cancel it and said it was already made and if I still wanted to cancel the order and I said yes and then the lady said I can’t cancel the order and if I still wanted to come pick it up, I said I was sitting in the parking lot up in Gluckstand and there was no way I could make it down that way and again she asked if I wanted to cancel it and I said yes and again she said well you can’t cancel it so I said I was confused why your asking if to cancel it and then you said no you can’t cancel it and they freaking hung up on me – I’ve not been too impressed anyway with their food (always really small wings and strips) but after losing a big chunk of change don’t think I will be going back – added a few stars back as corporate resolved the dispute.

Went here tonight and had a long wait in the drive thru. Finally got my order and it was a hot mess. Fries laying all in the coleslaw. Toast looks like it fell on the floor, picked up and just thrown on the plate. Chicken was dry . Fries was broken into pieces. I’m so done with this place
