Staff met expectations for 2023. Food was typical fast food. One complaint about the food, I could only get 1 Zaxby sauce total for a 4 piece chicken finger meal and 2 chicken sandwich meals. I would be paying .30 cents for each one extra. I wouldn’t mind if I had only spent $7 a meal, but I’m around $10 each meal total. Spending $30 on fast food for 3 people, you should have a complete meal. The floors were also dirty in here with trash scattered here and there. They weren’t busy, and plenty on staff. This place use to be fairly busy, but I can see why it’s not now.

I have actually worked here so I know exactly what it’s like. Once saw a cook who was breading chicken drop a glove onto their shoe and pick it up and put it back on the continue to bread chicken. No one seemed to care. Cleaning the grill at the start of my shift was a very difficult job as it was absolutely filthy the rest of the day. Lots of unsanitary and unsafe conditions. Would not recommend. Also a good bit of bigotry in the management that I believe is still currently running the place. I really wouldn’t trust it.

My whole family loves this place. The food is great and almost always hot and fresh, which ideally is what you want from a fastfood place. The staff are generally always nice and quick, and the restaurant itself is nice as well (though I don’t go in very often, mainly use the drive thru).

Vey satisfied with how fresh my 3 nibblers were with the right about of sauce on them. The staff is very friendly and very clean place love the environment there. I will definitely be going back.

I like their traditional wings and my daughter loves their crinkle cut fries. I went there the day before Christmas Eve and I don’t know if they were really busy or what happened but when they called my number I went to counter to get my daughter fries and they were dumped out in bag. The container they were in wasn’t closed and they were all in bag and I thought that wasn’t acceptable for a restaurant to mishandle food like that.

Food was good but not as seasoned as I’m used to getting at Zaxby’s. The fries on had alittle if the seasoning on them and my husband’s spicy sandwich was not spicy at all. The place was clean but the girl that took our order wasn’t friendly at all. When I asked for ketchup and honey mustard since we had chicken tenders and fries, she looked annoyed. Never said thank you, enjoy, nothing.
