Over the last couple weeks I’ve been in the restaurant, the staff has been saying that they’re making changes and trying to get better and it shows. The food was prompt the service was polite and nice with an inviting atmosphere. This has be a few pleasant visits to this location. I will be coming back! Give them a shot they’re doing the work!

We went to Zaxbys at exactly 9:40 tonight… I guess they closed at 10:00, but the …. im gonna say kids… working there must not have felt like serving any more food tonight, because whatever we ordered they would say they’re out of that. And then they listed what they do have, so we chose one of those they said they had and then the girl said “oh we’re all out of that” and I could hear all the other workers laughing in the background through the drive through speaker.
Look, I’ve been at work all day and neither of us have had dinner yet and we were just trying to find some food before places close at 10:00 and we ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
I just want to know what the managers are going to do about the people who are supposed to be bringing in money for this company. But really I don’t care anymore, so it doesn’t actually matter to us anymore.
Because of this incident im totally done with Zaxbys. I mean, any Zaxbys anywhere really. I guess I’ll be keeping an eye out for bankruptcy and closure of Zaxbys so I can think…. yeah, well… no surprise there, with the way their managers ran the business. Of course it went under, no surprise.
That’s what should happen to “fast food” that waste people’s time.

Came into Zaxby’s yesterday had a wonderful experience! The women Samantha was extremely nice and sweet. She helped me find something good to eat. I got a 4 finger chicken plate and it was so good! The food was hot and I even got my food before I even sat down! Fastest experience I have ever had here hands down! I will certainly be coming back!!

the order taker could not hear me so i said my order louder i didn’t scream or yell, then a the manager came on headset with an attitude and i proceeded to place my order and when i got to the window the same manager said i was yelling at his order take and that they are just kids and i should have just pulled up (even thought they never asked) i told him i wasn’t yelling and he replied with i should know better and walked off. than an employee gave me my food without saying a food and shoved it into my car.

we ate there on 9/25/25 and this was the nastiest restaurant i have ever eaten at. all the floors were sticky and black with nasty film on them…. looked like it needs a pressure washer and bleach to the floors. the dining area was nasty, tables did not look they had been cleaned. I was so disappointed . couldn’t believe how bad it was. one door was locked and said it was closed for construction… probably just because they didnt want to mess with that area. I love zaxby s food but will not be back to the one in corinth ms until it is cleaned. Needs some serious attention !!!

Food was fine. Me and my MIL ordered online for pick up. It says on the website to pull straight to the window give them your name and receive your food. So we did as it said. We get to the window and some blonde skinny lady (late thirties early forties) assuming she was a manager, came to the window with a immediate attitude absolutely horrible customer service complaining that we did not stop at the speaker box. As we tried to explain that the app had said to pull to the window she walks away putting her hand up and then comes back shoving our food at us. Was defiantly more then disappointed in the customer service received.

I used to come to this Zaxby’s all the time. But I stopped coming because I didn’t feel like it was being ran right. Heard the general manager no longer works there anymore. So I decided to try it out today. And man things have changed so much so far. My food was hott. The vibe was upbeat and friendly. I will be coming back again.

If I could leave a negative score I would. Me and my coworkers ordered for lunch with delivery through DoorDash. I ordered a fried Asian Zensation salad. The order comes and there is NO chicken on the salad. I called , a young lady answered, I explained what happened and she stated “oh I made that” and proceeded to laugh then asked if I could come and get the chicken for the salad. I stated that if I could come the chicken I would not have used DoorDash. I probably would not be too upset because things happen, but to laugh about it that is what got me upset. You got to do better Zaxby’!

Hands down some of the worst service ever. Sat in the parking lot for an entire hour waiting on an order they said they would bring out. After I finally went in to get it myself food was soggy and cold. Don’t recommend at this time.
