Beautiful ambiance with the touch of Italy the moment you enter you will like the atmosphere for sure. The food was also good. You can see the chef while they are cooking and they are making fresh food. The smell in the restaurant makes you more hungry . We like everything and food was really delicious service was good, you can see happy faces all around. While we were there, we heard 3 birthday songs and all 3 were 40+ so you can understand it’s a family loving restaurant too.

Just ran in for their desserts and after dinner drinks! Was not disappointed with the tiramisu or the cheesecake. Will need to return again for a more elaborate meal as the plates going by both looked wonderful and smelled terrific. Place had a neat vibe and great location.

We came in the night of the Christmas tree lighting for a quick drink before going home. Downtown was pretty packed. Tried a different restaurant prior, and couldn’t even get an acknowledgement from the bartenders. Walked into Fuso’s and the bartenders smiled at us, acknowledged that they’d be with us when they could, and even though they were slammed got us our drinks. Great customer service that deserved and received a nice tip.

I had the portobello mushroom ravioli with meat that was spectacular! It came with bread and an eggplant olive oil which sounds and looks gross but is sooo yummy! The portion was HUGE for the price. It was served with a beautiful Cab suggested by Lacy my bartender/server. Her hospitality and gracious demeanor made me feel special like a queen but also like I was home. Can’t wait to go back as I was there visiting for business.

I’ve never been there and I booked my wife’s birthday lunch with the family here (about 12 of us) so I was taking a pretty big risk lol. Luckily it payed off as it’s a cute restaurant with a nice menu and pretty good food!
One side of the restaurant is styled like a little villa while the other side is a little different. Think styled in the late 90’s but been updated through the years.
The main reason we went is for the food though. We ordered a bunch of different plates and apps and everyone left full and happy! I ordered the Carbonara and it didn’t disappoint. The saude was a little soupy but that’s not the biggest deal for me. One of my family members ordered one of the specials which was a cream sauce with steak and mushrooms and when that came I knew I messed up. I instantly got food envy haha. We all ordered several plates of calamari, Lumpia (which was a nice touch) and their bread. Everything was delicious!
They had a few large parties there that day and you can tell the staff was earning their pay. They hustled and were excellent at providing great customer service. My hats off to them because it seemed like someone called in that day.
It was a great experience, I would highly recommend!

The food tasted good, but way too expensive for what you get. We were in the private banquet room, which had no ambience at all. The table was beautiful, but the room needed some help.

Been here three times now – all for lunch. The service, the food and the ambiance remain the best. My only wish is that it was closer! It’s about half way for us in the foothills and friends we meet from the East Bay. Parking is easy and the downtown area laid-back.

Went there for lunch and everything was top notch. The pasta with sausage was fantastic. My wife’s salmon was perfect and the grilled ahi was divine. The wine menu is short, but we ordered a red blend that was very good and affordable. The server was excellent. This is a hidden gem in downtown Vacaville. We will be back.

Visited first time for my birthday in February. Fuso Fusion Italian restaurant is amazing! It is a small quaint place in downtown Vacaville. Our server was very attentive and her service was wonderful. The food is definitely a 10! I selected an item off the Specials Menu. Spaghetti with Salsiccia, Warm Spinach Salad with goat cheese, and ice tea. We also had an appetizer… Beef and Shrimp Lumpia. The server brought me a surprise Tiramisu for my birthday! Everything was prepared fresh and tasted amazing!!! I loved everything about Fuso! I brought my sister for her birthday two weeks later when she visited from Florida. She loved the food and dining experience as well. Thank you for making our birthdays a memorable event for both of us. I will be returning.
