We had stopped coming to this location because we had been disappointed too many times in the past. Tonight we didn’t have time to drive out of our way to go to the other location, so we gave it a try again. Shaunte took my order and was so personable, so friendly, and so helpful. She was a breath of fresh air! She brought our food to the table and every time I saw her, she was smiling. The whole atmosphere in this restaurant is completely different than before. We will definitely come back!

I mean I know it’s late… but it’s not right at closing and it was like 9pm. I know everyone is ready to go. But I ordered hot honey mustard wings and got dried chicken nuggets with dried soaked up sauce in it and doesn’t even taste right. Fries are old and withered. Just dumped seasoning on them to cover it. Cmon man this is absurd and paid almost $30 for this crap. Not coming back not like anyone cares but that is so bad. I never leave reviews ever. Never ever. But this is garbage.

I stopped by Zaxby’s on my way home. It was SO good, better than any other Zaxby’s I have been to! The food came out fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. The chicken was crispy and fries were fresh. The staff actually cares about their work. My cashier, Michael, was super polite and professional. I watched him bag my order very carefully, paying attention to detail.Great service all around. This location really stands out. I enjoyed the southern hospitality ❤️.

My traditional chicken wings were completely dry- missing their garlic Buffalo sauce- I called and returned to the restaurant where they remade the wings- and the second time there was some sauce on them but not much- I could barely taste the sauce and the wings looked dry but not as dry as the first time. Will not be returning life is too short to order wings with sauce and not get the sauce . (Also the wings are GROSS without sauce, there’s no seasoning at all on them not even salt) so disappointing.

This place, in my experience, has been a hit or a miss depending on the day and crew working there. Some days, the food is as good as fast food gets, but others it seems as though the kitchen didn’t try at all. Also, there’s no point in asking for extra fries because you never really know when the extra dollar (or so) will be worth the ask.
Lastly, it’s absurd to ask if I’m dining in or ordering to go when the food is ultimately going to be served in a to-go container.
I have worked in food before, and I understand that sometimes things run out. However, it is an important courtesy to disclose that.

There was a fly….a dead fly in my Zalad. I tried calling and calling no one picked up the phone! Upset isn’t even the word. I literally could have ate that thing and not known, but the fact that I did see it…..disturbing. Appetite ruined. Someone needs to contact me IMMEDIATELY!

I wish I would’ve took pictures. On 1/30/2026 my family and I ordered 3 meals all of which had simmering wrong with them. The wings were not fully sauced if sauced at all plate was thrown together barely any fries and not fresh . We called the manager to tell them about the food they gave us a hard time . 37$ down the drain . This was the one day I wanted a brake from cooking.

I never leave reviews but my experience with customer service was horrid.
Got there when my order said ready in 10 mins.
Went and asked for it and let them know I was there and received the response rudely:
“ it just popped up”
I drive past the window to go park and see a woman throw up her hands at me and rudely frown. (Dark hair woman around 20)
Really not pleased. Will not be returning.
