When we first pulled up I noticed that their awkward seating left vary little areas to sit also having table only a few feet away from the bathroom. As we ordered the guy at the counter was very withdrawn and kept asking and saying mhhh, additionaly a few people found hairs in their food and most of the food was quite cold.

They need to upgrade the drive thru speakers and microphones. It’s static at times and they can’t hear your order half of the time.
It’s known to get orders wrong more frequently than normal. Can’t tell you how many times I had to return from the parking lot or home. Because they gave me the wrong things. Or They couldn’t hear me and didn’t ring it up.

Place is NEVER open 24 hours. Made an online order once not knowing, and when I got to the place to get my order, the people inside ignored me and wouldnt acknowledge me in the drive through until I honked and knocked on the windows to ask about the situation.
I was simply just told that I needed to cancel my order because they weren’t serving food.
Happened multiple times.
Won’t be going back to this place, I’ll just make sure I hit up Burger King before they close from now on.

ZERO STARS! This place just needs to be shut down. The employees don’t care about their job duties nor the customers. This is not the 1st, 2nd nor 3rd time I have gotten an undercooked burger. If you can’t do your job then leave. That simple.

It really is laughable that every time I go to this Darnell McDonald’s I have to expect something to be wrong in my order. Because every single time something is wrong. of course, I always check it before I drive off. But I’m just letting you know. I had a happy meal with my order. They gave me a drink for the happy meal and gave me the rest of the food and straight up. Forgot about the happy meal. They said “OK have a good night“ and I said “girl no you still have not given me the happy meal that you just handed me the drink for“. Every single time they forget something or something is wrong.

Went to the drive through to order two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles meals. They didn’t put anything on the mcgriddles it was just the buns and they only gave me one drink and one hash Brown. They then argued about it even tho it was all on the receipt.

I got two #5’s (Bacon, egg, and cheese Mcgriddle). In the first one, the egg had red stuff on it. It looked like cheetos. And the second one had this sticker thing on the cheese(picture of sticker below). I don’t know what is or why it was on there. Also, the employees were rude, and they sounded very cranky like if they hated their job and didn’t want to be there, they didn’t even say thank you.
