Wonderful things all around. The food was delicious. The rolls were the softest most melt in your mouth rolls I’ve ever had. The service was great. The atmosphere was nice. This was a return visit as our first try, the entire town had power issues due to windy weather in April. We were looking forward to it and you guys definitely didn’t disappoint.

Was absolutely fantastic!…the food was amazing!…family style meal, 2 meats and 5 sides all you can eat plus a dessert….waitress was awesome!…building was really neat…plenty of table space…really comfortable…left stuffed and will be going back!

Update: They now have 7 sides and you choice 5. Had pot roast & fried chicken again, wonderful and moist. Peach cobbler has been added to the desserts, more like a bread pudding/custard texture (not a big fan).

Amazing place. It’s beautiful. We got to eat overlooking the big pond. Service was great. The food was good, but not as good as Shirley’s or Farmer’s Daughter. Doesn’t taste quite as “homemade” and not seasoned enough. I’d still come back though. The experience was worth it.

Open and airy, family style fair, come hungry! Very tasty food, glad to have friends bring us to here. Peach pie was not like a peach pie that I’ve had but it was really good. The parking lot was gravel but smooth and ample.

This place is amazing! Great southern home style cooking for a good price. We had fried chicken, fried catfish, mashed potatoes and gravy, creamed corn, macaroni and cheese, and coleslaw, and it was all fantastic. It is an open-air restaurant with a lot of tables so it can get a little loud in there, but thankfully, we sat in one of the side rooms that isn’t near as loud. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in Johnson City. We will be back soon.
