Usually pretty good food and always great service, but today’s meal I paid for two six finger combos. I got four pieces of chicken and a ridiculous amount of fries for almost 13$. In the photo, I’ve eaten the bread only. This is what I got. I’m unable to go to the store to get a refund today, but hopefully can resolve this soon.

Food was good, and honestly I’ve always had a consistent experience at Zaxbys. However, the dining floor just had an overall “sticky” feeling to it and most of the tables were left dirty. The staff were friendly, nothing to rant and rave about, but certainly personable.
Overall a nice store and solid meals, but could certainly use some work on the dining area.

I normally visit this location for somewhere related duties. I have been out of town for 2 weeks and returned. I made a visit here earlier today. As a customer. This place has always been clean, staff has always been professional, the food that I ordered was served almost immediately. It was spot on with good flavor and taste. Thanks to everyone at this location. Also. Thanks to Zaxby’s as a corporation.. I travel a lot and I have been to Zaxby’s at numerous different locations. It’s a great place!

I heard that the Asian Zensation Zalad was back and I was so excited. It’s the only thing I eat at Zaxby’s. The zalad was great except there was no egg roll and some of the lettuce was a little past fresh. I also ordered a Peach tea and it was good but way too sweet. I took it home and watered it down and it was perfect. My husband ordered the chicken finger plate. He said the crinkle fries were stale like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The chicken fingers were good with the Zak sauce and the Coleslaw was average.

This is definitely the best looking of the Zaxby’s in the area, however, the service sometimes is pretty mediocre.
One such experience was when I placed an order on the app for the first time and the funds were accepted but when I opened the app again there was a supposed error. When I arrived at the location and explained the situation to the manager on duty she insisted I just place another order and wait for the original order to be refunded as it was still “pending”. Some of us college students can’t afford that at all times.
In fact, I used to work in fast food and as long as our app validated an order we would just make it for the inconvenience on their end. We would then waste out the food later to prevent it from affecting the food cost.
This location clearly missed that lesson. There have been occasions where errors have happened at the Shallowford location and they just provided us with what we had ordered.
I left that day and just hoped my money would be refunded. This actually prevented me from ordering on their app again and that’s unfortunate.

We walked in 20 minutes before closing on 12/1/24. We were the only customers there. The male manager and two female employees were standing around talking when we walked in. One of the girls was actually sitting up on the counter and did not bother to get down. How unsanitary to have your bottom sitting on the counter where food is handled. Clearly the manager didn’t have a problem with it.
The place was filthy.
The tea was sour and the manager seemed unphased when I ask for fresh cups and
told him the tea was bad. The drink machine looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. I counted at least 8-10 dirty tables and the trash was overflowing.
I could understand the dinning room looking like this in the middle of a lunch or dinner rush but we were the only ones there and only one in the drive thru. They were standing around and sitting on counters. The food was average. I hope the owner sees this review so they know how poorly their management is representing their business.

Ordered extra seasoning on 2 orders of fries and both came without any seasoning, pulled back through the drive thru and had asked for more seasoning and received a tiny cup with hardly any seasoning. not even gonna bother to ask what i paid for a second time.
