I’ve never encountered an onion samosa as insanely spicy as the ones you made. Coming from South India, I thought I could handle the heat, but these were so fiery that we couldn’t manage more than one.
If your goal is to cater exclusively to folks from Andhra, then you should add a clear caption or WARNING MESSAGE stating “THIS FOOD IS INTENDED FOR ANDHRA FOLKS!!!” so others know to avoid it.
Your cooking should cater to a broader audience, not just a specific group. If you can’t achieve that, there’s no point in being in this business.

My wife unfortunately doesn’t pay attention to charges and didn’t bother to get the receipt. For two measly samosas and one kastha kachori, she was charged $7.56. The samosas were just OK and nothing special but they were really small. The kastha kachori’s filling tasted good but it was perhaps only 25% of what you’d expect to be stuffed inside the kachori.

Went to Carrolton location. Worst food ever. Only take out, no place to sit. Aloo tikki chaat had cold chana and half cooked aloo tikki. Lime soda was not made from fresh lime. Papdi chat was pathetic. My wife and daughter also did not like their items. This is definitely my last visit to any Rajula’s.
